It was quite busy to start with but the staff were very welcoming and attentive without being overlly so. The food was great, however I noticed a few favorites weren't on the menu and they had run out of desert we like.

Check your collection order before you leave the restaurant. I ordered one pizza online which I collected. I got home and pizza not what I ordered. Come on guys, you weren’t even busy - only 2 tables occupied.

Pizza Exoress Haywards Heath.Table was booked for 5 people & not set up when we arrived ( they looked surprised to see us)Slow service.One of the desserts wasn’t available & we weren’t told until all other desserts had arrived.Had to ask 3 times for milk & sugar for tea.The two waiting staff looked unenthusiastic and disinterested in customers. Won’t be returning.

Went in on a Tuesday night so it's was quiet. We were met at the door by a wonderful young lady who took care of me and my colleague throughout the evening. Can't fault the service one little bit. Polite and happy and very helpful especially when it came to the dessert menu.Small issue with a voucher code but with the help of the manager, who was also extremely nice, it was sorted. Food was great and well cooked. Will definitely be going back.
Had a nice meal with great service. Only shame was the draft when door left open but was easy to solve.

Came for Sunday lunch as a group of 7. Service was OK, a little slow though considering only 4 occupied tables. Pizzas were all good, crisp bases, and good amount of toppings. Suprised to find caramel pizza dolce unavailable. Restaurant would be a good option for a large group dinner.
