my partner stood in an empty petrol station trying to fuel up and it took the man dealing with 1 customer over 5 minutes to turn it on.no apology when paying. awful place.

This place is a Waitrose, so of course there is some quality to be had. But sadly not from the staff, who are unable to tell customers the truth and instead lie and then defend themselves when you catch them out. No apologies for inconveniences, just a shifty "well sorry thats how it is" attitude.The costa machine prices raise weekly despite half the service being offered (no sugar etc for weeks).All in all a disappointing shopping experience
