Ordered £25 worth of hot drinks.Caramel macchiato didnt even have any coffee in it and the other was super bitter.Spoke to head office but they are useless.Won’t be using them anymore.Disgusting quality and service.

Probably the worst Starbucks in the country!Asked for an extra hot and was told they couldn’t as I might burn my mouth/throat?I ordered the drink extra hot so would obviously know it’s hot!Was told the maximum is 63’C but actually came out at 58’C.Was going to get breakfast but didn’t bother!Blamed Starbucks but doesn’t happen in any other branch!

I ordered blonde roast double macchiato, hot chocolate and cinnamon swirl they charged me £13.85. First of all they charged me for a caramel macchiato, which is more expensive. When my drinks were ready they made the caramel macchiato which I told them is wrong. They then gave me a double espresso which is also wrong. It took them 3 attempts just to make me a double macchiato which also was still wrong as it wasn’t blonde roast, but I had given up at this point. The staff were not apologetic at all and I have a baby with me that needed feeding at the time and the other drink got cold. Terrible service. Wasn’t even offered any form of refund when I was overcharged.
We were served by a woman called Sally and she was so incredibly nice and polite. Thank you.

We went here today on my Daughters birthday as the cafe at The Triangle was closed.Really welcoming to us all (group of 13!) and very accommodating.Manager made my daughter really happy with a personalised Starbucks cup for her which was amazing. Even sang Happy Birthday!Brilliant effort and really completed our lovely day Thank you all

What can you say... It's a Starbucks. EXCEPT... Excellent service from staff (especially the manager) that truly care about your experience! A great place to take a break from motorway driving, grab a snack, and a coffee. Clean toilets.
