Just ordered medium black Americano and I asked member of staff over the counter how many shots of coffee can get in medium Americano, she said 3 shots, so I ordered coffee she done good customer service and good staff, but coffee tast like black hot water, I couldn't not taste coffee whatsoever, my instant Americano tast better than this, just waste of money and disappointed to be honest... Not RECOMMENDED

Friendly staff. Food OK. Unfortunately don't do decaf tea, and no decaf coffee isn't an alternative., it's like ordering chocolate and they offer an apple. Not a lot of space for prams and wheelchairs.

Had a super nice drink here, The staff were really nice, especially a girl who was on training (she was blonde but i didn't catch her name) she was super friendly and polite. Our drinks were amazing, we also sat in the outside area which was nice :)

Every time I order a hot chocolates at any Starbucks they are luke warm, it’s advertised as a HOT chocolate, but when I get it, it’s barely luke warm, I pay good money for a HOT chcocate, what a waste of money - fix it ‼️‼️
Had a lovely experience today.Went with my children, both asked if they could have a hot chocolate in a take away cup as they are obsessed with the cups. Which they lady kindly did.While having our drinks. The very kind lady came over with 2 reusable cups with their names on and gave them to the kids as she knew they loved the cups.This amazing act of kindness meant the entire world to them.So thoughtful.Thank you to Emily. Large enough, with plug-ins for pcs or mobiles - but for a coffee shop the actual regular coffee is awful, and it seems that's the norm for all Starbucks. It's a brand like McDonald's so they're both easy to find but the lowest quality for what they serve!Service was the only positive in my view.

The service here is so painfully slow. Even with three or four people working, they seem to only be capable of making one drink at a time.A recent touch is having all the lights turned off and enjoying watching customers sit in the gloom.
