Arrived a few minutes before closing and NOTHING was too much trouble ! Freshly cooked scampi & chips with sausage & chips (piping hot) and all served with a smile from this lovely lady (even though I kept her late from closing and her lunch) ! Priced more cheaply than many others in Haywards Heath albeit not in a prime location well worth finding . The chips are proper chips (and they also offer Pukka Pies) as opposed to those inferior ones from freezer shops . . . . . Ignore the rest (do yourself a favour) and go for 'The Best' !Kid-friendliness: Child priced portions Parking: Large bay for parking next to Morrisons

Unfortunately we had a very bad meal.Having ordered fish and chips, both items very greasy and soggy.Chips felt like they had been reheated a few times in the microwave and a very dark colour. Such a shame used to be a very good place to go with the food tasting fresh. I doult I will order again.

Well it may be a fish and chips shop but the battered sausage and burgers are the best. Always freshly cooked.. We don't really eat fish but can also recommend the scampi too.. Ohh and of course the chips.. So come on.. Support our local businesses and give this place a try.
