Disgusting food - one of the worst kebabs I’ve had. To say it was cooked fresh when I ordered in the shop, it was inedible. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Always ordered from here and had a good delivery and take away, however tonight 1 hour 15 minutes wait, cold food, change of chicken marinade, was a curry flavour, wasn’t great, both me and my husband felt sick, actually my husband was sick afterwards, put us off for future take aways ?

Absolutely disgraceful. After seeing on the website that it was the best kebab takeaway in Horsham, I had high expectations but was servery disappointed. I ordered delivery and we waited AN HOUR AND A HALF. It said it would take 30 minutes. We called when it was an hour and 5 minutes since we ordered and they said it would be two minutes but was another 25 minutes. The food was greasy and cold. The sauce was extremely runny and warm. The pricing is ridiculous. £42 for a family meal that fed 3 people and still left us hungry. Last time I ordered chips in person, we waited 15 minutes only for chips while it was quiet. Me and my family will not be ordering from here again! I do not recommend delivery or the overpriced mockery that they call good food.

Don't speak English when you phone. Service now is awful. Food has gone down hill too. It used to be great, but seems that is consigned to history.Avoid.

Food was ice cold and 45 minutes late! When i called all that was said was, "it's far". Never been a problem before. I don't mind waiting a bit longer but at least ensure it's kept warm. Won't be ordering again.

I am a regular at Babylon kebab but will be very reluctant to call them again because all I asked last night was for them to not repeat my card details out loud after they asked for them. I cancelled my order in the end as they just didn’t get what I was trying to tell them. My reason for this is because how do I know there could be someone sitting in their shop recording my card details on their phone or writing it down. Then they have my bank details for fraud. I also found it quite difficult to get them to understand my concerns which was made harder as they didn’t seem to speak fluent English.

Stone Cold chewy food, absolutely tasteless, one of the worst kebabs I have ever had. Used to be good but staff seem more interested in there mobile phones than serving good food and that includes the manager. Save your money!!!

It’s both particularly bad here but find the quality and portion sizes lacking over others in the town. If you get the boss then you’ll get good service but the others aren’t always cheery.

consistently inconsistent, if you look to take a gamble when you order then you will love this place, some times its burned, sometimes brown salad, sometimes its cold, its a complete lottery what you are going to get, never a dull moment when ordering here, sadly also its rarely enjoyable either

I have tried various items, so my recommendation is the large kofta, which is 3 skewers of mince meat, which is very tasty. It's £13 so it's not cheap but decent value for money. They can sometimes overcook it. I would recommend asking for sauce and salad separately as otherwise it will spoil your kebab. Their chilli sauce is brilliant. Don't have a kebab without it.Salad is fresh.They will charge you for sauces, which is annoying.The second recommended item is the double beef burger with cheese. I go for no sauce and no salad to get full beef flavour of the meat.Chips are small in size, and a bigger portion could create a lot of goodwill amongst customers.Delivery can take up to an hour, so order well in advance.Shop opens late on working days 1:30 pm.Its paid parking outside further up the road. If you go even further up, away from the shop, it's free by the second bus stop.There are not very many good kebab places in Horsham.

Never eat from a take out that doesn't display a food hygiene rating sticker!!These people don't because they fall short of what's considered "acceptable 3" in the UK.Worth noting that they display pics on thier Google search of which at a guess 5% are actual pictures taken within thier shoddy under par take away.*****AVOID******
