Lovely place for coffee and cake. Just one issue though as we were leaving which slightly spoilt the experience!!

Lovely local cafe. Fab autumn decor made it cosy. Would like a fuller breakfast

I very rarely leave bad reviews but we sat at the table for 20mins being completely ignored, after that we just left. Really disappointing service or lack of it considering great reviews this coffee shop has, hopefully it's one off. The food looked good but we didn't have the chance to try it.

Nice food but the service was as slow as hell, had to ask for menus and the table to be cleaned and then took at least 30-40 mins for the food to arrive. Nice atmosphere and nice people but just need to sort the timing issue out.

Cafe @ No4, more like Cafe and 4 hours to bring out your food! This is the second time my wife and I have visited this establishment in 2023 and I forgot how slow they are. We visited today and her slice of cake was served instantly but we waited 35minutes for a bacon butty. It's a shame because the interior is decorated nicely and the food is pretty good but our patience was wearing thin. We won't return until they sort their service out.

Fabulous find. Quirky decor and lovely atmosphere. Staff very friendly too. Will go back and try out the menu next time.

Love this place, but they can be really ... really slow! And that was just to place our order ! So just be prepared. They really need a better system. The young staff were sweet but probably need a little more training. Anyway we do like the place

We have lived in Horsham for nearly 10yrs, thought to try a new café to our usual ones. We were completely dismissed by the staff, we stood by the door waiting while others who came after us were being served. We asked if we could sit at a table that was free. Told yes but the table was reserved by someone else. We kept waiting for staff to bring the menu and they just walked by giving it to others who were arriving after us. Felt discriminated for the first time ever in Horsham.

Lovely cafe with amazing selections of sandwiches and toasties with delicious fillings/toppings and generous portion of sides. The outdoor seating was great in the sun. The staff were also super friendly. Didn’t grab a cake but they looked really tasty by the counter!

18 of us had afternoon tea at Cafe@No. 4 last month. Everyone commented on how amazing the food was, I’ve never had such lovely food at an afternoon tea. Teas and coffees were also good, as was the prosecco. Service was fantastic and everyone had a great time, thank you!
