Sadly it was a major let down. Table wasn’t very clean, it took an age for the drinks to come and both the hot chocolate and iced latte just tasted like milk. Just a bit bland really.

Absolutely shocking cafe I don’t know how there is any good reviews. Everything is so dirty and not cleaned properly, 2 other people also complained about dirty cutlery while i was in there and i wasn’t in there for long! The brownie I had tasted stale and the hot chocolate was lukewarm warm If that.And the atmosphere was not welcoming, staff seem like they don’t enjoy their job and very lazy. They also seemed shocked that people were complaining about the dirty cutlery which was awful. Will not be returning or recommending to anybody.

Ordered a decaf coffee and a normal coffee both were fine. However on second coffee they got them mixed up and I ended up drinking a normal coffee. Now suffering with stomach pains. Please please make sure you come up with a system to distinguish decaf from caffeine. Maybe different coloured cups or some other way?

Warm friendly service and high quality ingredients. Sam the barista was incredibly friendly and helpful with my allergy issues. They have a great selection of hot chocolate, and nibbles using high quality flavourful ingredients. They also put special attention into the environmental impact their products have. I’ll be back!
This place has gone from great to awful in the past few months. It used to be a favourite of mine, but won’t be returning after my last visit. My friend and I both had Toasted Sandwiches but neither looked as though they had been cooked for long enough. The fillings weren’t even melted! We were told that there would be no side salad, but we could have tomatoes if we wanted. The place seems to be run by a selection of Students who don’t seem to have a clue. Customer service is non existent which is such a shame as they have a stunning cafe right in the middle of the Carfax.

My partner and I visited Chococo on Saturday afternoon and were very disappointed with the service we received. We had intended to order a tea, coffee and two cheese scones however after a few minutes of waiting and being first in the queue with other customers behind us, we had the pleasure of listening to the three girls who should have been serving, chatting about their weekend and their boyfriends. In the end we decided to go elsewhere. Instead went to the cafe a couple of doors along for tea, coffee and delicious italian pasties.

Popped in for 2 coffees today and waited nearly 15 mins! Ridiculous, really!It wasn't even that busy!Metal seating outside is horrible to sit on, and tbh I couldn't wait to leave.There are far better coffee shops in Horsham.

Me and my husband witnessed one of the older ladies talk down to one of the young girls because she wasn’t being quick enough. Disgusting child labour!!!!!
