Found the lady that served me rude brusque and made me feel that everything was to much trouble the other staff felt compelled to apologise for her behaviour will think twice about shopping at this branch again.Shame as we love your products.

My first real experience was having Cooks weekly meals. I normally buy the large vegetable lasagne when I have a dinner party, which is always a winner.Meals are very tasty but I feel that after one month it would become samey. Great for the occasional meal, very quick to prepare, and the low calories meals are tasty

Great food but terrible service. Every time I walk in it’s like I’m in their way. Stood at the till today to pay and as usual I’m stood there waiting whilst they chat between themselves.This is about 3/4 time this has happened. Never welcoming nor helpful. Won’t be shopping here anymore

I feel compelled to write as my trip into town yesterday to stock up on COOK meals has resulted in rude, brusk off hand service- it’s always the same two ladies talking loudly and treating the customer as an inconvenience - thoroughly unpleasant experience. I hope someone high up in the company sees this and does something - this is not the first time I have been subjected to their aggressive hostile manner but it is the last time as I will not be shopping there again.

Great food Great selection and extremely friendly staff.
If you haven't discovered Cook yet you are missing out. These meals are perfect for my elderly parents, who don't cook an more. It is home cooking, without all the faff! You don't even have to remember to take them out of the freezer as you cook from frozen.Did I mention that they are delicious? Loads of choice, and all tasty! I love these meals, and if although I'm currently using them for elderly parents, I will definitely continue to use them; they are perfect for a busy life style (and even have ceramic dishes, perfect size to make it looked home made! Haha! As if I would do that...!)
