Although it was very busy, the staff kept the tables clear of dirty glasses etc. There was a big queue, but customers were served as quickly as possible.

Well, you know me, I like Horsham; and these franchises, they're alright, innit. But come on. Not getting political or nothing, but these recent adjustments to labour supply have taken their toll. Don't get me wrong; staff are blinding. Gonna give it a 4, cos I got rememories of reading Iliad II wiv me boy (what a lad!), yeah, the old diaereses, the big question. Shout out to Milman and Adam

Staff (two girls) looked miserable to be there ( it was 16:30 so may be end of the day) . I ordered a latte but was not asked if I wanted it in or takeaway, so when the girl went to pour into a glass I asked sorry but could it be in a take away cup. This is because I wasn’t staying in. She rolled her eyes got a cup and then just left it on discarded to the side without a word. I assumed it was mine and took it. Made me very uncomfortable, a shame as I use to like this costa.

One particular staff member was huffing, she couldn’t even serve with a smile, blonde lady with glasses. Made me feel like I was being a burden to order., just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, staff are caring more about their own drinks than paying customers. People who I think work here but not in uniform are getting the attention rather than customers. Bald man, mopping with no wet floor signs and making a crazy amount of noise whilst we’re trying to chat and have a nice coffee. Wasn’t the best experience
