Ordered fish and chips,firstly chips were cold and very dry,made a comment and they were obviously just reheated . I did notice that on leaving several plates may have had an issue with the chips as there were 4 other plates left with chips on. I went to pay and still paid the full amount. The comment I made obviously fell on deaf ears and was told it may have been a different potato ? used. Not acceptable.

Spend almost £50 on a family meal for four. Two of the large chips had no more than 20 chips in! I wished I’d opened the food and checked before leaving and pointed out the massive error of their ways. Whoever boxes up the food should be retrained or let go. Chips are relatively inexpensive and a big part of the meal. I won’t be going back.

My husbands large fish was fine but mine had a horrible taste that made it inedible. They were apparently the same fish but neither of us could eat it so not sure why it was so different. Very

Horsham, you have a gem in an alley way that’s easy to miss! There’s a lovely man from Zimbabwe who’s name I don’t want to get wrong so I won’t quote it, but oh my goodness, can he fry a piece of fish! I’d been working all day in Horsham & having been here for 4 days wanted to eat something familiar & yummy! Well this restaurant is so much more than a chippy!! The young man from Zim suggested large cod & chips, (I added a wally!). Didn’t have to wait too long & I was seriously completely bowled over by the size, the flavour, awesome chips, crispy not oily , a wedge of lemon & some salt & vinegar on the chips & I was transported to fish & chip heaven! !! Up till now there’s been a chip shop in Tynemouth on the Hill, & Maggie’s & the Blue Dolphin in Hastings, but let me tell you that the Deep Blue is more than in the mix! Excellent quality, great staff with a wonderfully positive attitude!! Thank you for a memorable fish supper! Very reasonable prices too! AAAA++++!!!!!!!

Angela was so lovely to my family yesterday. Even though there was a slight delay with 1 meal, she was kind and informed us it would be as quick as possible. Food was excellent, would highly recommend a visit ?

Had the regular Seniors cod & chips. Fish was very nice, however whilst the chips were plentiful, they were soggy.
