The staff are rude and obviously don't want to be hereThis place needs new people ASAP who can actually cut a pizza or at least somone who will recut it for me when I ask instead of being cocky and looking at me like I'm the idiotI always get domino's and this was by far my worst experience

I'm surprised by so many poor reviews.Ordered today online, followed the tracking decided to collect as it was ready in 10mins rather than delivery which was 30mins and a charge of £2.50.Pizza was cooked on time as per the tracking on the website.Piping hot, chips weren't freshly cooked but were fine.Service was fine, the gentleman confirmed the name and handed me my order! Job done.Lunch was lovely, and I liked the dips.Large pizzas were al half price, so it was a bargain!

Pizza arrived wrong, called up the store and was told I needed to email a picture to them and then have to wait even longer for the right pizza to be sent. Why should I have to send a picture of the pizza you have made wrong when it’s your fault in the first place? And after all of that I have to wait 10 days for a refund.. thanks for ruining our evening.

Staff are uncaring and completely lack the skills to deal with customers or issues. Very slow service. Food was ok once finally arrived. We will be avoiding Horsham dominos in the future.

*RUDE MANAGER*I made a call to Horsham Dominos on Sunday 24/09/2023 last week at 12.17pm lunchtime.I asked for a pizza side and drink.I was mid way through my order and I just asked if she could swap the cheese for the dairy free cheese purely because I just prefer it taste wise and it’s healthier that’s it. I explained no allergy no nothing it’s just a prefrance. She then challenged me saying all my previous orders haven’t had dairy free cheese I can assure they have because I ring up and ask for it instead and never had a problem.I was simply told no I could not have the dairy free cheese under any circumstances unless I ordered a vegan pizza. I told the woman I did not want a vegan pizza I just wanted the cheese swapped for dairy free cheese. Again told her it was a prefrance and that no body in the past has ever denied this before. She told me due to cross contamination she couldn’t but again I explained the order was just for me and this was purely prefrance. She was very abrupt rude and hostile over the phone. I said I would order elsewhere then and then told me she was going to ring up the other Dominos store close to my parents house and make sure that if I ordered to make sure I would not get my dairy free cheese put on my pizza.She told me then she was the manager and when I asked to escalate this matter she told me I couldn’t because she was the manager and she dealt with these kinds of things and inder no circumstances I would be getting my dairy free cheese on my pizza. I was very upset and appalled with her manner on the phone.Now I also picked up a pizza not that long ago a few weeks prior and when we arrived on the premises I head a woman manager scream at one of the employees that had turned up for their shift because he didn’t have suitable trousers they looked no different to the trousers his other colleagues were wearing in the shop maybe ever so slightly a tiny big on him but otherwise no different she picked on him and simply bullied him and ordered him to go home immediately and to turn up the following shift instead with suitable uniform trousers. It was humiliating the way she did it in front of customers in the premises in the open no understanding no explanation no bringing him aside no helping him go find something more suitable just screamed at him to go home just disgusting I wonder if this was the same woman as she also was the manager on shift.

Hi because I have food allergies. I can't order on line because of this I don't get any offers. Also the price goes up as I pick my own toppings.With this I think someone should look in to this as I'm getting charged

Domino's Horsham is reliable for fast and consistent delivery, but the quality of the food and attention to order details fall short. The pizza has been over-sauced multiple times, affecting the overall taste and texture to the point of being inedible.I've also had issues with dip orders in the past; specifically, Franks Red Hot Sauce Dip was replaced with garlic dip without notification. This mistake happened often enough that I've stopped ordering it out of distrust.

30 min after being told 15-20 for collection as they ran out of something and and to get it from another site. If Ur operating high volume be organised as arrange stock before peak or take it off stock and offer an alternative.

Went here to get a quick dinner for me and my partner. Started off well, two large pizzas, two sides for 34 quid. Sweet. Said I'd wait in the van for abit and then come back. When I came back I was told THEY messed up and it's 14 quid more. Me: "It wasn't my mistake so honour the price?" Dominos: "Best we can do is 38 pound." Me: "Have you cooked the food?" Dominos: "Yes." Me: "Then accept your mistake you've made and honour it the price." Dominos: "I'm afraid we can't do that." Me: "Alright, refund me then." He refunded the order or so I thought...what had actually happen was He had refunded part of the order and tried to give me less food as a result. Me:"No.. I don't want any of the food now. A full refund was what I was after... " A full refund was apparently issued in the end, but I still have yet to receive that. All in all a fantastic experience and it's nice to see big companies like Dominos upholding those little company values like 'The customer is always right.' Oh wait, accept apparently that means nothing! "Errr.. pay more. We don't care."
