Only thing stopping it being 5* across the board is it was pretty cold! Absolutely amazing

We came to celebrate our son and daughter-in-law’s 15th wedding anniversary, 23 of us made up of friends and family. We knew the food would be great because it always is, but what we hadn’t expected was how well we were treated. We arrived early to decorate the tables but the staff had already done it for us. They had put up a lovely display of balloons and put out special napkins and confetti on the tables. We were all really impressed and it made a lovely evening very special. Thank you to all the staff.

Amazing food & Brilliant cocktails. We’ve never had a disappointing meal.

I’m disappointed to say the least. I’ve loved giggling squid since they first opened their Horsham branch. I went for a lunch here today having come back for Christmas break and ordered pad thai for their quick lunch. The Pad thai arrived within 4 minutes of ordering which was a huge bonus until I took a bite of the chicken and it was raw. I mean bright pink and like it hadn’t even touched the pan. The waiter was very apologetic but considering I’ve spent the rest of my afternoon being ill… I would advise people to check their food.

Superb quality food, great interior space and the staff are really nice too. We had a child's dish, Lamb shank massaman curry & sticky chicken with coconut rice.Time for food to the table was less than 15 minutes, the colouring in sheets kept our 6 year old happy & the food was stunning. We will be searching for more of this chain and wish its people all the best.Parking is not far away, toilets and dining areas were spacious and clean and the staff in both front of house and kitchen areas seemed happy and well looked after by management/ownership.£80 for 2 mains, 3 sides, 2 drinks and a kids meal deal. Portions were large and menus were easy to read and well laid out.

20 of us went for our work Christmas lunch. A warm welcome when we arrived, friendly and attentive service - regular checks if we needed more drinks was appreciated (and always with a smile!) But above all the food was delicious. The waitress was one step ahead too...taking the spreadsheet to the kitchen and naming the people when bringing out the food (who can remember what they've ordered especially after a few festive cocktails?!) And she made settling the bill as individual orders completely seamless. Fabulous experience, highly recommended!

Our 2nd visit here in the last few months. Great atmosphere, lovely food and just a nice place to have a meal.

Spent a lot of money on a delivery, not all food arrived. Fobbed off by manager, "I packed your order, it was all there", told to take up with Deliveroo rather than putting the situation right, hopefully they'll sort me out financially, would rather have had the food we'd ordered. Shame about the poor customer service as the food that did arrive was good.

Flying visit at GS Horsham. Arrived a little early but were promptly seated. Pork skewers are a must as well as green this curry! Jacob, our server, was efficient and explained in full about any food questions (we had from the menu). Busy restaurant with a warm and happy vibe throughout. Will return!

Usually I sit in but ordered via Deliveroo. Apart from the hiccup with Deliveroo claiming they’d delivered when they hadn’t and me having to re-order it was excellent as usual! Tasty, good temp and packaged well. Giggling squid is a win win every time for us! (Not so much Deliveroo)

Lovely food and excellent service. Only problem was that wife and I were seated close to entry door and had to endure occasional draughts as customers entered and left. A vestibule is needed.

Cute place and lovely staff but the Thai green curry we had was loaded with sugar and gave me the worst cramps ever, it just felt very chemical and did not taste like light natural flavours. Also very expensive when you add the rice, for such a basic meal at a normal high street place. Shame and I wouldn’t recommend or go back.

Really fresh, high quality ingredients and taste. I’ve been with friends and family multiple times and the food is consistently good across the entire menu. The restaurant itself is really bright, and the tables and chairs are a bit dated/wobbly but I’m being quite nitpicky there. Highly recommend.
