I do love H&H at Tesco Broadbridge Heath! The staff are so helpful and friendly. Have a chat with them, as it considerably adds to the quality of your time there! The staff like it too!Drinks are great. Personally I'm a fan of the filter coffee.

Great variety of coffee, tea & hot chocolate drinks. Have had their breakfast wrap which is superb. Enjoy their spiced coffee also. No rush service with plenty of comfy seats. Also do take away

Possibly the best coffee in the area, with some tasty snacks. Usually good service although staff seem to change a lot!

Friendly staff. Asked for a coffee with oat milk and a dairy free cake. They had no oat milk (how can you have no oat milk, you’re in a giant tesco) and gave me the wrong cake, one with dairy in it. Not great for £7ish

I’ve visited this place a few times - it always goes the same way. Loads of people queuing for service. One young guy working hard, making coffee and serving. It seems they are understaffed. He calls for help, no one comes, he calls out again. Out of nowhere a gaggle of staff appear. Soon once the queue goes down, they disappear and the whole saga starts again.Hats off to the young guy who seems to do most the work. Regarding the coffee, it’s worth all the queuing.

Can't fault the store, however I have no idea which coffee they use but I personally cannot stand it.This is my own personal opinion so can't deduct stars.
We had some time to pass whilst visiting Horsham for the cat show at the leisure centre so went across to Tesco for some breakfast. The Harris and Hoole cafe was excellent in providing healthy sandwiches and great coffee.

Expensive place for coffee and snacks. Coffee was served cold from a flask . £2.60 for a small sized cup . Not value for money !

I visited last week with my Mum. The queue was huge. One member of staff was working and rushed off her feet. She was calling out to customers who had already sat down to collect their coffee as she made it. The area behind the counter looked a mess, quite clearly the one member of staff is not enough. When I saw the size of the tiny coffee cups we decided not to bother waiting. More staff definitely needed!

Lovely coffee shop set within Tesco store. Tried their Honeycomb Latte which was delicious... especially in tandem with a Pain au Raisin. Not the cheapest, but good quality.
