The wife and I stopped today for some lunch, ordered sweet chilli chicken and sweet and sour with rice. The chicken was either very overcooked or it had been sitting in the server all morning. Very stringy and chewy. Left most of it….would think very carefully about revisiting.

The meat is all very cheap cuts deep fried and then saturated with syrup. Used to be alot better also no napkins on the side and they no longer give free condiments although the prices have risen.

Very satisfied with the service in this outlet, the food quality was amazing especially the chicken katsu curry pots. I was also pleasantly surprised to be greeted by my favorite boxing you tuber upon entry.

Busy little branch. As true to Kokoro the portions are amazing. I had noodles with chilli chicken and had tons of chicken not just a pot of noodles with a token like other places. Kokoro is THE best. The staff were really lovely and lots of smile as well.

The Teriyaki chicken noodles was lovely. Had them as a takeaway item and couldn't fault them there was plenty of chicken and was served nice and warm.

Food quality is ok. I being there several times, so I know what I get.Today’s service however. The most polite way to say is that I’m clearly not welcomed. I got whatever face since I started order. And there’s literally no words or gesture’s from the waitress showing it’s ready for me to pay with my card. I tap my card and check if it works, then the waitress just turned back without a word.It’s not busy, I see other customers were served normally so it’s hardly staff over stressed. And almost every customer here and I are from the same company. I have the same manners and same way to order.The only difference I can tell is I’m a Chinese. I’m sure the experience are much better most of time. But it’s my review and for these treat difference I only give 1 star.I used to only review good experiences this is the very few one star.

Usually a great place to eat, but I left after ten minutes waiting at the counter to be acknowledged, because the two staff working are flat-out filling delivery orders.If Deliveroo is the main priority, then close the shop to foot traffic, but don't simply ignore people at the counter because your Deliveroo services are more important.Usually great food, but we didn't get any this time, and I won't bother coming back.
