Went last night with 12 friends for a birthday celebration, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, the food was excellent all dishes came out at the same time. A fantastic Italian restaurant in Horsham which isn’t a chain. Thanks very much

We were here at Christmas Eve, the place was busy, which was expected. The restaurant is quite small, but that adds to the intimate atmostphere of the place. As for the food and service, couldn't fault either, the food was lovely and despite it being busy the service was spot on as well. I would not hesitate to come back here.

The restaurant is not at all italian as it use to be. The staff have been very rude and when asked if they are italian, the manager stated that they dont have to be italian and speak it just because the restaurant says its italian. What rubbish. We were told to come back at 5.30pm for dinner because the kitchen was now closed at 3pm. When enquired later, the man said that is because there was only one chef and one staff member so wouldnt hv been able to serve.We spent 3 hrs outside with 2 young kids just because we really wanted to have italian cuisine. My son was hungry and needed a feed and they even charged us £1 for milk. How insensitive. No apology whatsoever, no courtesy, and the best part: food was rubbish! Birthday gone in tears. Thanks again!

Went here for the first time with a friend and we had an amazing time. Our meal was plentiful, the wine was delicious and the service was attentive but not overbearing. Perfection.

Ate here today. Food was ok , set Xmas menu for £30. The place was busy. We were last here before Covid and it was warm and friendly , Italian owner very good! This time, the staff were totally disinterested in their clients , no interaction at all .Noone was Italian but made a massive effort to call everyone Senorita and Senoir ????Very bizarre. Probably wouldn't go back as felt very unwelcome. Shame.

We were a group of 5 people and visited on a Tuesday evening. I noticed that the menu said that a service charge would be added for groups of 6 or more, but didn't think any more of it. The food was okay, and we paid the bill and left as we were in a hurry. I even left a tip. Next day I noticed that a service charge had been added to our bill. Come on, guys, why be so deceitful and underhand, and add this on when were were a group of 5 people?We tipped you double! I notice that the online menu says a service charge will be made for groups of 5 people or more, but the in-house menu definitely states 6 people. And our receipt states we were a group of 6 people!

Probably one of the only Horsham restaurants I’ve not been to and I’m now annoyed I’ve been missing out on this little gem! Absolutely lovely authentic Italian restaurant, staff were super attentive, helpful with wine and menu choices and the food was delicious. I will definitely be a regular from now on.
You could be fooled into thinking the food / service is great as it looks busy from the outside. It was very expensive for what it was. Difficult to get a pizza wrong but the crusts were really difficult to cut through even with a sharp knife. Penne pasta dish was tiny and left our soon very hungry. Deserts tasted like they were bought in a supermarket. To make things worse - my father left his 80th birthday card unopened on a chair. He realised and went back with 3 MINUTES. I had been opened by the staff ( there was no money in it !) and then ripped up and thrown in the bin. He was really upset and no apology. Much better Italians in town at the other end.

Disappointing. This is about as far from Italian as you can possibly get. Based on the pizza, which, lets face it is hardly fine dining, it was undercooked and the 1970's called they want their sauce back. I have now tried all the purveyors of pizza in Horsham. This one will not get a third chance. Hence the review.
