Unfortunately we have given this place plenty of chances to redeem themselves, but there wasn't one time (out of 3) that the orders were delivered as ordered.Each time we have requested no peas or red chilly in 2 separate dishes and both dishes always arrived with the above.When we collected we were then called back to say they have given us wrong order so we had to drive back (we live 10 min away) to collect the correct dishes. Rude staff and food is not worth it.

Will not be coming here again, had a simple order and they couldn’t even cook that right. I’m sure I saw them put it in the microwave. There was what looked like Raw thawed out ribs piled up next to salad. I had a bad feeling but thought I’d give them a chance as used to be amazing. Clearly don’t care anymore or have taken over and won’t be here very long as place was dead, never been to a Chinese so quiet. Think they need a visit from the food inspector. Hope we survive the night.

I used to rate this place very highly, however today i got the same order as always and was so disappointed i won't be using them ever again; i cant believe how badly the foods gone down hill, it was bland and the texture was terrible. The service barely acknowledged our existance, and the food came so quickly it must have been microwaved.

Waited nearly 2 hours for food which ultimately never arrived. After numerous calls where I was told the driver was on his way, I was finally told that the driver had delivered the food and had arrived back to the shop. Due to the fact the order was payment on delivery, either someone was happy enough to pay for food they hadn't ordered Or this establishment has no issue with lieing to their customers. Appalling way to treat customers. Honesty should be the bare minimum.

If I could leave no stars I would. Made an order worth over 50 pounds at 4pm and chose cash on delivery. Received a call to say our order would be delivered at 5.15, an hour passed, no food, called up and was told the driver was on his way, another 20 minutes passed, still nothing, was then told the driver had already been and our food was delivered? Well who to? Because we hadn't paid for it and I cant imagine anyone else had!! So they either couldn't be bothered to make it or the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver it. 3 hungry children who waited over an hour for no food! Will not be ordering again

Called to make a phone order at 10:25pm. Considering it says "closes at 11pm", you would expect to be able to still make an order, especially seeing as it states here that it takes 10-20 minutes to be ready. Instead, I was greeted with disappointment and mild rudeness from the man who answered, telling me that the shop was closed. With no logical explanation to why he could not provide me with some delicious grub, with 35 minutes left of cooking time, he slammed down the phone. Needless to say, there were some very unhappy and hungry faces after I broke the terrible news. If you close earlier than 11, please state otherwise, or continue to create hangry customers!

Buyer beware, this has gone down hill. Ordered usual chicken satay skewers and used to be lumps of chicken, tonight a soggy horrible texture that was like reconstituted chicken, not what I expect for proper chicken prices. Had nice takeaways before but over last 12 months proper hit and miss. Enough is enough not ordering again certainly not for these prices.

We have used this takeaway many times but last night’s food was just awful. Rice was a stodgy mess inedible. Pancake roll was tasteless and greasy and main courses bland. Not going to order from there again
