Fabulous service, fabulous food, fabulous hot chocolate! There was an issue with the payment/ card machine however this was explained to us and we offered to pay with cash instead, this could have been quite an unpleasant and stressful experience however the staff managed it perfectly, and with kindness. I couldn’t have been happier with the speed of service and the quality of the food. We will definitely return!

This is a great coffee spot in the heart of the shopping centre, amazingly friendly staff, especially great coffee. Had a simple latte which a young barista made for me, and a slice of red velvet which was wonderful, highly recommend.

Good place to stop for a quick bite to eat and drink. Sausage rolls are excellent, as are the mars bar slices! Right in the middle of the Swan walk shopping centre so great for shopping.Parking: Part of the Swan walk shopping centre which has its own car park.

I'm leaving this review because of the utter disgraceful service I received today from the staff members awful attitude asked for a hot chocolate but they were making a coffee thought it was for someone else until they gave it to me saying I ordered it they then tried to charge me for it I said I did not order that I ordered a hot chocolate then the staff member got funny and started sighing at me and muttered something under her breath someone else (the person behind me) took the coffee and paid then they made me a hot chocolate but when they gave it to me they weren't happy because of the delay in the queueWhen I apologised they didn't listen at all then I walked off with my hot chocolate and again she muttered something under her breathNever again will I step foot in this Muffin Break go to Costa much better service

After wearing myself out shopping on a stinking hot day, I needed a drink. This place was in the process of closing for the day, but they took the time to serve me a refreshing icy drink. Full marks to them for their attitude towards a thirsty customer. It did not take too long to finish my drink, by which time the staff were mopping the floor. Being no rubbish bins in the immediate area, I went inside to place my cup in one of their bins. The staff member who was mopping the floor thanked me, including a smile. A customer cannot wish for better service than that .

Food good but expensive. Chicken tikka on flatbread, raspberry muffin and a pot of tea was over £12. Was very tasty so I don't mind paying a bit extra. Service swift and good. Ollie was very good, customer focused and happy. Most tables clean.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level with the shops so easy for wheelchair users.

Muffin Break Horsham has the best staff ever!! Pedro makes the drinks and he draws pictures on the coffee foam wow ? simply fabulous such an artist such a talented man and Oli always providing first class customer service with a warm welcome and lovely smile that make the cloudiest day shine and also other lovely members of staff who I don’t know their names but are also amazing, like the lady who wears shiny jewellery who also has smile for everyone ?????? I have been a customer of muffin break Horsham since they opened the shop and the owner of the franchise also a great person who appreciated all his faithful customers. Sadly the Supervisor Saif does not understand customer services and he is most of the time nagging about everything in front of customers and tells the lovely staff off making sure the public can hear it…. So embarrassing and rude, and if you say kindly Hi How are you? He either doesn’t answer or says ok in a mood and would also tell customers off when they are just being nice to him. This supervisor needs to find a job which is not public facing and learn how to treat the customers and staff. The food and muffins served at the muffin break are very nice and a lovely tasty variety.

The attitude of some of your staff needs serious work. I didn’t expect to practically have a milkshake thrown at me across your counter. Your food is nice but that just isn’t enough to return now. Awful

Charged 60p extra for an oatmilk hot chocolate, their website says they do not charge extra for plant based milk. The assistant said this only applies in America. We will be contacting head office on Monday, and won't be using Muffin break in Horsham again!
