Very poor service. I went in there the other day and waited for about 5 minutes to be served then just walked out. The toasted sandwiches always come out either under done or burnt and so do the toasted teacakes. Very dark room not very friendly.

Wry disappointed today, waited 35 mins for a cup of tea and nearly an hour for my breakfast. Very short staffed and poor service . Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t

I found this small cafe, located in Swan Walk, Horsham, to be pretty bland visually, with not much in way of atmosphere. My six-pound-something cheese and ham toastie was disappointing. Nice flavour, but minimal filling in the form of one wafer thin ham slice and some cheese, neither of which were enough to cover the slice, leaving an area of bare bread. Considering the cost, pretty poor.

The cutlery and the table was grubbby. Spoon and knife not clean. The toasted sandwich was over priced at £6.25!
We could see that the tables, floor and overall crockery was dirty/ greasy. Staff was not as friendly as they used to be and we were told that there was not a choice of eggs for the English breakfast (only scrambled). Unfortunately I will not come back for brunch.

Food sold out-a good sign!Service was satisfactory.Atmosphere was nil, we were just 2 of 3 people in the place so no hubbub as such. Would go again. Ok for quick stop.

Favourite place to drop off for a coffee when shopping in Horsham.

Went for a drink, ended up having breakfast, really nice, nice touches like herbs on the tomato, spinach on the mushroom but the main thing which will bring me back is it was served on hot plates. Wonderful ?
