We had a table booked for 7pm. Arrived about 6.45pm. We were told to wait at the bar because our table was not ready. We went to the bar and was called at 7.30pm, that our table was ready. We ordered drinks and these were delivered within 5mins. We then looked at the menu and waited 30mins before a waiter came to take our food order. This was already 8pm when we ordered. After we ordered our food took one hour to arrive at the table. At this time our kids were hungry and impatient. We started eating at 9pm.We never got an apologie throughout our evening. Customer service was realy poor. We did not get offered any drink as complimentary for waiting so long. We were one of the few customers left. We left about 9.45pm.

Your favourite western movie come to life! From the outside to the inside, could be confused with a western museum it's fully kitted out and a great experience with great food!

Great place good food for price. Staff where very freindly all throughout.Disabled access is good also toilets are good with alarm cable to floor.Cant actually fault this place at all except the stained seats.Wheelchair accessibility: Toilets are good alarm cable to floor door not automatic but also not to heavy.Step free but might want to reserve a table in advance as it looks like 1/3 of their restaurant is wheelchair accessible. Due to different levels.

We came in here for a family meal after a birthday day out. I've been here a few times but I still get excited by the decor ?. We came late afternoon so there wasn't much atmosphere but our waitress Michelle, more than made up for it by being so friendly and attentive. We all had a rack of ribs each and the food was amazing! Can't wait to come again!
