I was order from them... before.. but today I was order triple burger and I didn't had even the salad I asked for not even cheese into the burger.... and they didn't send me the drinks I want... and I order chicken shish and they send lamb shish.. so only 1 star.

Food here is always good and drivers usually find me fine but tonight was a joke. Driver calls and asks me to come outside, he’s nowhere to be seen. I called the store 3 times and each time I asked for the driver to call me back so I can direct me and each time I was told ok and he should be there soon he’s got lost. I then see him come out of the road past us and go the wrong way. When he finally got to me 15 minutes later with me standing outside I asked why he didn’t just call me instead of waiting? He said he had no signal yet I know he was on the phone to the shop when I called as they were directing him and was also on a call at the time I spoke to him when he said he had no signal. It’s past midnight and cold I’m far from impressed!

Best take-away shop in Horsham. Fried chicken, chips and bbq ribs my go to meal everytime and it NEVER disappoints! Great staff and always greeted with a smile!
Ordered “ribs”Absolutely no meat just bubbly fat and boneCalled up and they said “to be honest I know that and I told my manager and he said to just sell them I know that’s not right but to be honest we have to” I said that’s absolutely disgusting can I atleast get a refund and was told “to be honest no I can’t do that”The whole conversation was basically him repeating “to be honest”Disgusting service and disgusting food.

Never get our order right. When called to get it corrected they say they'll deliver a new order and then don't. Very hit and miss so now getting Horsham Kebab and I thoroughly recommend them.
