I recently dined at this establishment, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my disappointments:1. Cramped Seating Arrangement:The seating arrangement was less than ideal. My party and I were placed in a back room where tables were so closely packed that it felt like we were practically on top of the other diners.2. Uninformed about Upcoming Events:Upon making a reservation, we explicitly mentioned that it was for a birthday celebration. However, we were not informed that there was another birthday event upstairs, and as a result, we were seated in a small, less accommodating area.3. Lackluster Service:The service was disappointingly slow. It took three attempts to flag down a server to take our orders for both food and drinks. It felt like we were constantly waiting for attention.4. Mediocre Food Quality:The quality of the food did not meet expectations. The lobster, in particular, was tough and fell short of what one would expect. Overall, the dishes were only average at best.5. Unengaged Staff:The staff appeared disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. Their lack of engagement contributed to a rather dull and uninviting atmosphere.6. Inattentiveness Towards Clearing Plates:When requesting the bill, we noticed that our plates hadn't been cleared. It was surprising to receive the bill while remnants of our meal were still on the table.Overall, this was not the enjoyable dining experience we had hoped for, and regrettably, we won't be returning. Improvements in seating arrangements, service efficiency, and staff engagement would go a long way in enhancing the overall customer experience.

Beautiful fresh food and a gorgeous choice of non-alcoholic cocktails.Not only that…but a vegetarian menu as well as a wonderful one for carnivores.Should be named the mmmmmm bar❤️❤️Vegetarian options: Loved the cauliflower wings❤️

What a lovely place to enjoy~Just simply an incredible place to eat, the food was too fantastic that I couldn’t stop eating and so I accidentally stayed for 2 hours.There was a kind, friendly guy that took the order, he should be a French-speaking since he talked to me in French, and so I talked to him in French for the rest of the duration. Thai chilli squid—— 10000/10 ?It’s the best thing I’ve ever had simply, it was so good that I continuously ordered that for 3 times! Just so crispy and it was just flavourful Crab sushi ? ? 8.5/10I like the sauce, it was flavoursome and that was just so obsessing with those crunchy crabs ?, and also if you pour water in the jar, it will have a “dry ice effect” where a lot of smokes will come out (you can see that from my 3rd pic)Spicy Tuna Sushi ? 9.5/10I just LOVE the spicy sauce ?️, it was super addictive, and the tuna was also incredible!!!!! There’s also the “dry ice thingy ” and it was wholesome?Salmon sushi ? 6.5/10I did not took a pic for it (I just forget everything whenever I eat?)I thought it was going to be great (since most of the salmon sushi I had in my life were exceptional), but the rice was sadly flavourless. The rice is actually an important part of a sushi. Wish they could add some vinegar or some other flavour to make it taste better. The salmon was great though, a real big piece and taste not as bland as the rice ?.Friendliness: 10000/10Food: 8.5/10Clean: 8/10I actually love it ?

The M Bar Horsham agreed to host the Wake of a dear friend. The effort the staff and management went to to give us freedom to personalise the event was superb. We felt welcomed and comfortable. The food and drinks were excellent. nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful team. Benz, Rachel, Sean and the team ensured we wanted for nothing all day. I couldn't fault any part of their service to us. Thank You from the bottom of my heart.

We spotted this place on a recent shopping trip in Horsham and as fans of a similar Asian fusion restaurant near our place in Spain decided to give it a go. We were seated quickly on a busy Saturday night and greeted by our server for the evening, Alex, who very helpfully talked us through the menu options, suggesting 2 to 3 portions per person. After deliberation, we chose duck gyoza, firecracker chicken, surf & turf sushi, soft-shell crab bao buns, and a spicy Thai carrot and peanut salad (boy was it spicy!). The food was delicious, arriving freshly cooked at the table, and the 5 portions filled us up nicely. Overall, it was great food, good value (£72 with a bottle of wine and service charge), and excellent service, with Alex setting a very high standard in friendly, helpful professionalism. We will definitely be back!
Reasonable beers & other drinks with helpful table service. The food ordered by others looked pretty good. Table service outside was efficient.

Went for food and drinks. Service was ok, food very average and drinks very bad. I believe weather spoons can do better cocktails… Waste of many and time, not recommended at all. They do not accept cash and they only tell you when you are about to pay but they do tell you they charge 12.5% for table service!

Night was great music was fun but a small, horrid brown haired person working the floor pushed my sister two times extremely roughly - when I told him to be more careful he told me he was “just doing his job”, no apology. So, if you tell your employees to roughly push people out the way and be rude when asked to take more care, then we won’t be returning.
