Best wagamamas I've been to by far. The service was efficient and polite. There was hardly any wait for food and the staff were so friendly. The place was spotless and the overall environment was very welcoming.

Unfortunately my teenager was overcharged with no refund. The manageress applied a tip without consent and didn’t split the bill correctly. It was a very unpleasant experience for two teenagers. And disappointing as we had suggested Wagamama as good ‘safe’ place to be and to order themselves with what we hoped was a good independent experience. Despite calling and expressing concern re the lack of care, there has been no response. Best avoided.

Slightly disappointed. Very noisy, to the point I couldn’t focus on my guest. The starter was great, the main OK and the dessert very good. But no latte!!! The service was scrambled. One main came before the starters and the second main we waited for. The service staff seemed to lose interest after the meal had been served to the point we could easily just have walked out without paying. I asked at the counter for the bill as the service staff ignored my signals.

Okay if you are a single diner but rubbish if you are with friends or family. Once again they can’t bring all the food at the same time. Always one of our group has to watch everyone else finish their meal until theirs at. Other restaurants can serve at the same time so why can’t Wagamama? Totally lousy customer

Food arrived via Deliveroo…the driver wasn’t carrying an insulated bag so the food was cold.This is the second time I’ve had Wagamama’s - the first time was in the restaurant. The food delivered was so bland and I was really disappointed! So a bit embarrassing that my guests didn’t enjoy their meals either.Great packaging but bland and slightly cold would be my overall summary!

The ramen with the dumplings was nice, but it lacked anything other than the dumplings but the broth. No bamboo shoots or seaweed just a little greens and an egg and I changed the noodles for udon. Additionally £6 for a small can of beer is extortionate. Last but definitely not least, when I complained to the waitress after paying (they put my table number as the wrong number btw) she said 'oh well' not apologising or asking more of my opinion, like my opinion didn't matter.

Deliveroo claimed to have delivered food when they hadn’t so called up the restaurant who confirmed that the driver did not deliver it. I spoke to the assistant manager who was very apologetic and he put in another order for me. when I went to collect he said he would put a couple of extra bits in and even offered me a drink when I waited so great service.
