Food was okay but kebab meat Tastes off really starting to wonder if it's really lamb at all so I skipped that had a burger bottom was burnt and the top was so soggy it fell apart bareing in mind I only had lettuce and a little ketchup on the burger it's selfFor the price u can't complain it's not horrible the salad box was very nice tbf as was the chips I received when ordering just personally wouldn't touch the kebab meat in all honesty with u all

Food was good but I'm not sure the chefs are reading the requests properly. I ordered a lamb shish kebab with extra chilli's and extra chilli sauce. Didn't get any chilli's and not much sauce either. Lamb was good as was the salad so shame about the extras. Will order again and hope tonight was an unfortunate one off. Friendly lady delivered.

Never have I had such bad food.Ordered a pizza ,hardly any cheese and No Bbq sauce which I asked for,very lean on all toppings as well.Also Garlic pizza bread with cheese ,totally burnt. Make sure you never deliver that again to me.Ive been getting food from you for years...Today was not good at
We have been using Empire Grill for the last three years, the first two years the food has been excellent with very generous portions, unfortunately in the last 12 months things have gone downhill…..Let’s say I’ve ordered food there 10 times in the last 12 months, 90% of the time food has turned up with no sauce or no pitta bread, or the complete wrong order.Tonight I ordered a mixed wrap and specifically asked for no tomatoes as I am allergic, guess what, my wrap had tomatoes in it, and my friends kebab turned up with no pitta bread, basically everything went into the bin.Come on Empire Grill you used to be so much better than this! What has happened to you guys???Update 16/06/2023We thought we would give Empire Grill one last chance, again as usual, they completely messed up the order, so we gave them a call to ask what was going on.We spoke to 3 members of staff, All of them were incredibly rude telling us that it’s Friday and we are busy so mistakes will happen, how dare they speak to paying customers this way!Who on earth did I think they are?Without paying customers, they would not have a business, and without listening to the that the customers make they would not have a business!That’s it for us we are never ordering from there again, the food is too quickly, cooked and wholly underwhelming!Good bye empire grill there are so many other kebab and burger shops in town why should anyone use them?

So let's start from the beginning have I eaten from here before that's a No , would I eat from here again OMG definitely a YES, the food was so hot it was incredible, my triple bacon burger was absolutely amazing I don't honestly think that I have EVER had better , my only negative and it's MY FAULT was it doesn't come with fries and that's MY FAULT because I didn't read it properly, FIVE STARS you deserve more but I can't give more , delivery perfectly on time , FOOD five stars but I can't give more, PERFECTION well done and thank you for an amazing burger
