Don't waste your time with delivery part of the order was missing and what we had was cold. Apparently its not mcdonalds issue who put me onto the delivery company and suprise suprise there was nothing they can do.

This place is a shambles, never any frappe or milkshakes, food always cold and tasteless, waiting for your food takes forever, tables and seating always dirty!! I got a coke in a used dirty cup and didn't realise until later on ?

I didn't actually visit, but used the McDonald's App for McDelivery. It is not the first time and most experiences have been good apart from food being a bit cold. This time though I had some missing golden Syrup with Porridge that I ordered. The App directs you to deal with Uber Eats, but they were unable to help me. I know it sounds petit, but I have experienced missing larger items several times, not necessarily with McDonald's though. This becomes very tedious when you don't get what you order. Anyway, the syrup does cost extra and I was not reimbursed. I just want the service to get it right first time!

I’ve dined almost weekly at McDonalds in Spain as soon as we were allowed to again, always when we do the weekly shop. Loads of hand steriliser everywhere. Ordered from a filthy screen at Holmbush, nothing to clean my hands. Ate the meal after we requested the table and seats be cleaned. What is the point of delivering to tables which we’ve never seen before - when they are not clean and ordering is not safe! I’m really ill right now writing this.

Picked up a takeaway order for a celebration only to find after getting home a big mac was missing ruining the day and leaving my son without his meal. Called the restaurant and their only solution was for me to drive 8 miles to collect it without them covering costs, or a code for my next meal. They turned down a request for a refund despite not providing the goods. It seems not only is the cost of living crises causing them to increase proces but also not to provide what yiu have paid for!

We have found this branch to be clean and tidy , food hot and quick delivered to table .\\nStaff we attentive and friendly on several visits , tables s quickly cleared and wiped .\\nHandy having M\\u0026S and Tesco next door too .

The store is very clean and that where the quality ends. We went in after a shopping trip for a quick bite. The order was slow to arrive there were plenty of staff just standing around not may customers. When we got out to the car the food was Luke warm the chips were cold burgers just warm the toffee lattes had no cream even the usualy scolding apple pies were cold all round very disappointing I didn’t take it back as we were now running late due to the wait also while we we’re waiting a lot of food was coming back.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Popped in here for a takeaway lunch a couple of months ago. It was incredibly busy and the staff were clearly completely overwhelmed and had lost track of many orders. There were lots of angry customers. We waited 45 minutes only to find that our order had been mistakenly deleted. We then waited while a manager made our order and even then, when we got to the car we found we were missing items. I swore we’d never go back. But today, more fool me, I let myself be persuaded by my kids. Staff were again overwhelmed, piles of food and stacks of drinks behind the counter going cold, nobody seeming to know what’s going on. Still, I thought it was unlikely to happen to us again. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Our order was deleted again (it’s starting to feel personal!) we waited 20 minutes before I spoke to a member of staff who didn’t check on my order at all, just told me they were very busy. Waited a further 20 minutes before asking to speak to a manager who took responsibility for our forgotten order and made it all herself. This time, I will stick to my guns and never go back to this McDonald’s. I suggest you avoid it too.

Loved it. I always do here. I love the atmosphere in here. The people are great always making sure I'm satisfied. Very clean and hygenic. And the staff are always happy. I like to sit down and relax and treat myself before I do the weekly shop!! I rate this place 5 STAR'S....?????
Placed a table order via an ordering station, took an order number, waited about 20 minutes for it to be brought over, but nothing, asked a mcdonalds worker to check ( which she did) to be told that they was waiting for something to be cooked? Just think that it would be easier if they was to either tell people that they are waiting for things to be cooked or display a message on one of their boards / ordering station?

Every single time you order from this branch, something is missing, it's really not hard to look on a receipt and check it matches what's in the bag. Waited nearly an hour for the delivery today and HALF the order is missing. It's poor service and really is easy to correct. Getting only a refund really just doesn't feel like proper justice. I am livid, my autistic brother was getting very upset having to wait and then when all the food didn't turn up he was sent into melt down, it's lucky that there was enough of what he wanted to eat actually in the bag. But since it was an order for two people, someone evidently had to go without. Sort it out. Consistently the worst service from a McDonald's, and the bar isn't very high let's be honest.

I have not been to a McDonalds for 15 yrs, due to poor quality and food poisoning last time I went. I now have grandchildren that wanted to go so I reluctantly relented. What a shambles! Long queues and screens that I could not operate! Who knew that you needed a PHD in computer science just to order some food! On completing the order, we spent over ½hr sitting at table in a packed area with others who also had no food. When it eventually arrived, the food was cold and no hot drinks! The food was returned, and drinks refunded. The food reheated and then tasted of cardboard! The wrapping tasted better! A disgrace. The staff had no leadership, and the manager was completely out of his depth. The other customers were so disgruntled that the atmosphere became highly charged and unpleasant. I ended up after having a very pleasant day out with my grandchildren, having disappointed and upset kids. I will not return at any cost!

Tend to pop in once a month on the way back from somwhere and frustratingly not had milkshakes available here for as long as I can remember! Long drive though que and most of the car park coned off on the last 3 visits so no where to park either. Full of customers shouting and swearing. Not a great atmosphere.

Had big tasty meal and milkshake, the fries were undercooked crunchy not fluffy inside like they should be, also heard F--k me from behind the counter while I was waiting for my order. !! Also no chicken burgers whatsoever, and no fish burgers, choice of beef burgers nothing else on menu !
