“I went here yesterday for a sneaky battered sausage and chips, it was the best I've ever had!
Chips were done to perfection, the battered sausage to perfection and the portion size was spot on!
Plus the two guys in there were friendly!

“Just by chance we came across RopeTackle fish and chips shop while strolling around Shoreham-by-sea and looking for lunch. Fish and Chips near the sea is always special. We saw the lunchtime special of cod, chips, tartar sauce and tea or coffee at a very good price. The fish had a marvellous light crispy batter and the chips had clearly been triple cooked, being crunchy outside and soft middles. Coupled with home made tartare sauce this made an excellent lunch. Much better fish and chips than any we have near home. Staff are friendly and this restaurant is well worth a visit.”
