While the service was great, I’m afraid we really didn’t have a great experience with the food. The brioche buns were stale, the fish was lukewarm and coleslaw was definitely past its use by date. £100 was a lot to spend on something that was well below average, and frankly inedible. Not a great Mother’s Day.We’ve loved visiting The Bridge in the past, so as you can imagine we were disappointed.A complaint was made privately to The Bridge but we have received no response.

Not my first time to the Bridge but my first review. Live in Spain and on a brief visit to family decided on the Bridge for lunch. Wow! Had good meals here before but this was exceptional. The coconut rice bowl ,I had it with chicken , was delicious.Lots of veg and the addition of pickled ginger was inspired! Oh they also didnt judge me for getting fries as well!I wouldn't have if I'd know how good it was going to be.Lovely friendly service as well. Totally reccomend.

Absolutely amazing fish and chips lunch, easily the best I've ever tasted. Service was brilliant, friendly, helpful and welcoming. What a superb venue and atmosphere. We will definitely be returning, especially with family when they visit the area later in the year. Easiest 5 stars awarded.

Visited for a quick bite and pint was too cold to sit outside on the estuary but nice view from

Great place, not what you expect based on the frontage, food was good but lost points for over seasoning, but the waiter was a legend and gave my son a free pot of ice cream. Also my youngest child was served quite a rare burger, no kid wants that!Kid-friendliness: Nice kids menu, lots of other kids around.

It was great. Nice atmosphere, great food (had a burger)
Really nice staff, even though my dog barked at them. Delicious sandwiches, lovely sunny sheltered spot on the terrace. Always great here.

Nice pub. Great location, especially in the summer as the outside seating area is brilliant. However we went on a cold winters day and seated by the window. Lovely overlook but cold. My friend had to put her coat on to get warm! Staff are friendly. Food was really good. Looking forward to returning in the warmer weather

If you like beer which tastes like vinegar, then this is the place for you!Thankfully it wasn’t just the HopHead, the Revelation and London Pride were also akin to a strong balsamic too.Not sure Fullers would have expanded beyond Chiswick if their beer & customer service were as awful as we experienced today. After raising our concerns about the quality of the beer we were offered replacements, which were also awful (cloudy, gummy and heavy on the vinegar) we then asked for a refund which instead of being greeted with apologies we had indignation and argument (not what you’d expect or want)We did eventually get a refund but it was offered with no apology and further rudeness. As a Shoreham resident I was embarrassed that I chose to take my family to The Bridge today, which is a shame as previous visits have been great. We shall not return and I advise you, my friends and fellow beer lovers to try one of the many nicer drinking establishments Shoreham has to offer!

WHAT a place! On a sunny day this place is a spectacle! Very friendly staff who go all the way out to offer a good experience. Spent hours here having food and tea and reading my book. The place is quite spacious as well! Will def return again in
