Really nice friendly pub atmosphere and the food was excellent. Dog friendly which was handy for us and there were quite a few dogs about in the bar area. Dogs not allowed in the restaurant bit which was fine by us, we had a table by the bar instead.

We held a celebration of a recently departed family member at the Bull and all the staff were fantastic. The food laid on was just right and and delicious, the atmosphere was positive and they gave us all the time we wanted. We couldnt have been better looked after.I would strongly recommend a night out at the Bull.

My go to pub . I live in Ferring and always take the 15 mins stroll up to The Bulls Head. In the colder months the pub has a warm, cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The wooden beams and open fire place creates a lovely ambiance to have a few hours socialising. My wife and my daughter and her partner all think its fabulous. Heidi her partner and her team work hard to meet everyone's needs. The beer and lager selection is ample and my favourite Tribute is excellent. In the summer the beer garden is great and it backs onto a local park which makes it a great cheeky dog walk !! 5 stars for me. I cannot yet comment on the food but it looks great . We did say to Heidi we will have a meal soon. Keep up the great work guys. Many thanks. Simon , Jess and Tess.

So lovely to be back enjoying The Bull thanks to Heidi & Niall the new management and of course their lovely new team! They have colectively reinvented and created a wonderful local Pub that had been ruined by previous management. A friendly atmosphere with decent food and drink at a sensible price not easy to find in this current climate! Well done guys it’s back to being our regular Pit stop! ?

My wife and I had lunch with our son and daughter in law and grandchildren and were initially really impressed by the welcome, staff and atmosphere as this was our first time. Unfortunately the 3 roast dinners were all cold and the chips with my sons fish were cold. The crackling with the pork was just soft fat and skin, the only thing which was remotely warm was the side of cauliflower cheese; we were very disappointed. We do not like to make a fuss whilst in the restaurant as we were having a family meal. My wife and I live locally but would not be booking for a meal again although will use the pub for a drink as it had a lovely atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: Staff were lovely to our grandchildren
