“Ordered Christmas Eve takeaway as we were celebrating our Christmas Day early with family. The delivery arrived on time. On serving, we found one dish missing (which was the dish one person was eating) I rang and was told it would arrive shortly and they apologised. Two further chase up calls - it finally arrived 1 hour 20 mins later which did impact our dinner as one person couldn’t eat. That said, the food was absolutely delicious, very tasty, ? complimentary prawn crackers. The staff I spoke to on the phone were very polite (you could tell it was exceptionally busy) and friendly and apologised for the inconvenience. Later that evening I received a call and I gave details for a bank transfer, where they kindly refunded my dish. Although this did impact our dinner, the staff were so apologetic and the refund was appreciated. Highly recommend - as we do understand mistakes happen and the food was delicious. Merry Christmas ?
