This Costa does not have the quickest service but the staff are genuine and friendly and the coffee is good. The cafe is kept clean and tidy too which helps to provide for a comfortable experience.

This Costa is the best I have ever used. The staff are wonderful and friendly and know my drink by heart. They also go out of their way to help me when I bring in my grandma with dementia, bringing drinks to the table and helping moving chairs for her wheelchair. This store should recognise their young staff team as exemplary. It's very often busy here but the staff always work quickly and efficiently and still provide an excellent level fo customer service compared to some other Costa stores I've been to in the area. I'm afraid I don't know all their names but Katie in particular is great, but really all of them deserve recognition from Costa.\\n\\nThere was a refurb a few months ago, and while there is more seating space, it was a shame they got rid of the massive comfy armchairs. It would be good if they could have made some better/working trolly storage as everyone leaves their shopping by the wall and it can look a bit haphazard.
