I love Greggs, but someone (everyone?) at this particular location needs to be sacked asap! Chaos. Never seen anything like it. Long queue, late workers, unfulfilled orders, wrong items, snail's pace service, customers being turned away over things that could be easily fixed. What a nightmare!

Very very rude and terrible customer service, my food didn't all show up, he refused to re send it or repay the money back, food took an hour to get here and it was cold.

Lovely steak bake and sausage rolls, piping hot straight from the oven, however, there was a slight issue of a PIGEON in the store ! Yeah a pigeon ! Shan’t be returning
