Ordering machines did not appear to be working properly. I also found them difficult to understand and use. I tried to find some assistance but could not. One person was behind the counter and he was helping another customer install the KFC app on her phone. After waiting for a couple of minutes I left without making a purchase.Whatever happened to good, old-fashioned service?
