Absolutely SHOCKING. I ordered a 4 piece colonel meal and got 4 drumsticks. No breast, no keel, no thigh and no wing. Clearly the staff are not following the QPM as my drumsticks were dry and the spicy coating was burnt. This chicken was clearly held past it's time. Chicken on the bone is held for a maximum 45 minutes. This is YUM brand standard. Check your back office computer versus what's on hold. You are obviously ghost cooking and not following the QPM. My wife's festive fillet stacker was black. Not from over holding as it was moist, but from dirty unchanged oil. I bet you are wondering how I know all this?? Because I'm an Area Manager for KFC. Not of your franchise thank god as I would shut you down. Watch out guys, I will be popping down for a visit tomorrow, camera in hand. I will pass on what I find together with photos of the disgusting meal I had today for which I was charged £25. Never, ever again. Who is your shift manager tonight? Wait, dont worry, I will check when I come down tomorrow.

My food was 2 hours late. No change on the just eat app, it never even said that my food was being prepared. I called and the person I spoke to was rude, offered no sympathy and when I got there to collect the food that I had payed to have delivered, the same person I spoke to on the phone was still very rude, never said sorry once and just overall disgusting behaviour

After a very bad experience at a different KFC, today restored my faith. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff who were warm, welcoming and attentive. As well as that, the food was fresh and the most tender and juicy chicken I’ve ever had from a KFC. I can’t sing their praises enough, a big thank you to the whole team

Having just spent £30 + on food there earlier today I feel I should leave this review. Having got back to our car and opening our food we were given no napkins, no cutlery ( bought a rice box and 2 coleslaws) so I couldn't actually eat my food full stop, until we got home . You cant eat in , just takeaway as there is no seating so you have to eat elsewhere . The 2 hot wings were luke warm and one meal had 5 chips as a portion. The only good thing about this KFC here was the nice man who took our order. If you need to take a wooden spoon please tell us before we leave or how else are we to eat?? If you don't pack food with napkins, please tell customers so they can take them... Its not rocket science. My purse has been violated this afternoon... Never ever again and we didn't return to the shop with the food to complain as we had already driven off and were in a lay by 5 mins away.. KFC what has happened to you!
