Basic take away order of 2 burgers and 2 medium fries with no customisation took 19 minutes to prepare. Once home everything was stone cold and instead of a double quarter pounder with cheese, there was a double cheese burger. Made to wait almost 20 minutes to be ripped off. Beyond unacceptable.

Take away (delivery) orders seemed to take priority over in restaurant orders. At 1120am it was very busy. My order took a while and when I eventually got it the food was not hot at all. Very disapointing.

I was hoping for a delivery service, which you advertise. In reality the delivery service is non existent. Using your app is difficult and you are diverted to uber eats or deliverroo, which does not include McDonald's. So I gave up and ordeted fish and chips. I'll never choose McDonald's delivery again.

I have ordered 3 apple pie and 3 ice cream it took 45 minutes to bring it to our table I ask them about my order but they just said it’s coming I saw other people getting their order which some of them had apple pie or ice cream ??? don’t recommend this

The last five times I have ordered, I have not received the items I actually paid for.. complaining to the staff is pointless as I have tried, online and to the complaints line. If they can't even pack a bag accurately, it doesn't matter about the rest of the service they may or may not provide. Management are to blame here. A big disappointment.

Literally missing half my big tasty, there was no sauce or top half of the bun, pretty much no salad either and the restaurant didn't care told me to take up up with just eat, extremely poor service. McDonald's worthing, Liverpool Gardens.
