We visit Om regularly and it is an excellent little restaurant. We had our family visiting us from abroad and we chose to take them for an amazing meal at Om on Sunday during their lunch service. The food was delicious and the service, as always, absolutely fantastic. The owner welcomed us in and catered for all our needs. My sister has dietary requirements and nothing was a trouble for them. We highly recommend this restaurant and we thoroughly enjoy our visits and the food.

Lovely family owned husband is the chef and wife is front of house. Their chilli chicken is amazing. If you go for a Buffet so are their vegetable starters. Delicious authentic food spotless clean restaurant. Book it looks like fills up with regulars!

This meal was delightful, didn’t have time to eat here on the last visit to Worthing but so glad we did this time. Service, delivered by the young waiter and waitress was perfect, the owner is totally charming. really cares about her business and deserves to succeed. Every dish was delicious and I can honestly say this recommendation to eat here is given without reservation. We shall be returning very soon…

Fantastic food. We mostly get takeaways but have also eaten in. Staff are so friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely delicious. I would recommend trying more the less familiar dishes. Never disappoints and definitely one of the best places to eat in Worthing.

Can't overstate how good the food is here. Loved every mouthful - the karai is a new favourite and the samosas were perfection. They also did really well with our dietary requirements, taking us through the menu for their plentiful vegan options. Will go back as soon as I can!

We have been regularly visiting this lovely restaurant about once a month for the past 18 months, We just love the Sunday buffet with is about £15.00 per head for eat all you like and you certainly get some lovely dishes. There are so many main dishes to choose from, The Lamb curry and the chilli chicken are awesome as are the other ones Inc Prawn curry and a few others Inc vegan dishes. The staff are fantastic, Sam has trained them well. Will be back soon ?

Eleven years ago I wrote how fantastic this restaurant is….AND…it is still as fantastic as it was. Many things in life changes, but OM has consistently provided excellent food over many many years and that is such great credit for their cuisine. Sam and her team are a delight. They are so attentive and really work hard to give you the right food. If you have never been there, have the Sunday Buffet. Eat as much as you want, it gives you a taste of nepalese food and choose any of the other nights with your favourites you’ve liked. In the buffet, you get a poppadum and 4 usual tray condiments and a naan and a starter. The starter is lovely because you have 3 different tasters to give you a chance to have your favourite in the normal menu. The main course is then a range of Chicken Lamb, Prawn and vegetable nepalese favourites. In my opinion, Nepalese is more subtle than the normal Asian countries curries. The food is fragranced, flavoured and a touching spice but not enough to kill the flavour or burn your tongue! They also offer many of the India or Bangladesh curry names as well but I would urge you to get Sam and her team to direct you the Nepalese ones. I would highly recommend a takeaway or visit to Om restaurant in Rowlands Road, Worthing.
