Ordered a delivery service. Food was delivered within 15 minutes. Fried rice was absolutely tasteless, pancake roll was dripping grease and inside was cold. The mixed starters were also very greasy which made eating impossible. All in all, food was plain awful. £24 in the

I ordered a aromatic crispy duck and a large crispy spring roll, when I got my order the duck was soggy and far from crispy and the crispy spring roll wasn't crispy and was cold, it tasted vile, I didn't try the duck as wasn't sure it was cooked properly, even though they sent another duck the moment had been ruined and money wasted , they ashould have made sure it was all cooked properly the 1st time round I will think twice before I order from here again as this not the 1st issue's I have had with their food

My order came to £43 and I was having a cheeky Chinese dinner with my folks. Not one of the dishes was correct or, if correct they have no idea what Chinese food is. Correct or not we found the food tasteless and barely edible. It was shockingly bad and we left most of it, simply picking out a prawn or piece of meat in an attempt to get something from the delivery. Best advice? Go somewhere else. A local curry house would provide a similar level of authentic Chinese food.

We have been using this sweet little restaurant for many years. They have always given us just what we asked for... a vegan meal... mock pork, salt and pepper tofu, and other bean curd dishes etc. Well, when we called on Saturday to order a takeaway for 5 people, this time we were informed that they had no vegan beancurd dishes whatsoevever - they were all cooked with egg - and the mock pork was also cooked with egg. We are not only disappointed, since we'd always loved their food, but also horrified that it seems we've been eating egg all these years!! I can only say that it is a good job that this is a moral stance of ours, and not because one of us might have died through an allergic reaction to egg!!!! Never again will we use what we thought was a super little Chinese restaurant....UNLESS they can reassure us, that these changes have only just taken place, and provide some vegan options once again.

Would of been higher if the delivery guy didn’t bang on the door far you many times not giving a single chance to be able to get down the stairs then just dumping on the door

When complaining I was told that all they would do is take the cost off of the next delivery I ordered. I don’t think that I will be ordering again from a restaurant/takeaway that clearly doesn’t take vegetarian food seriously. Such very poor customer service and food!

Terrible food. Order crispy duck, it arrived cold and the cucumber was inedible. Shredded chicken was so touch it was inedible. Prawns in cashew was ok but cold. Seaweed, inedible, disgusting. The rice was ok but not hot. Altogether a waste of money and time. Bought meal through Just Eat and so far have refused to refund the cost of the meal.

Terrible quality tasteless food.Chow mein dishes taste like they have been sitting in boiled water and have that horrible metal kettle water taste. Also very little meat and to be honest hideous taste.Curry sauce is basically a drink, how it got to us without leaking is a credit to the packaging.Egg dishes, tasteless.Chips are £3,10 and are some rubbish frozen product.Other dishes again very poor.2/3 of the food went in the bin and at over £50 I'm fuming.I'm from Wiltshire and we have a Chinese takeaway that has obviously seen a huge dip in sales since the covid broke out. They now do a combo menu with 3 dishes combined into like a prison tray all for £7. Perfect for 1 person.

Before I placed the order I needed to call the restaurant because it didn't say if the food is coming with sides or not, but i should have asked about what i was planning to order as well. I ordered 'Roast Duck in Spicy Chilli Sauce' and it was coming in a disappointing curry taste sauce what is really really sweet as well and I'm not a curry person, just don't like the taste...might have some description what the foods made like.
