Place is lovely, however my late wasn’t done properly, just runny milk and coffee no foam ,no layers. Maybe to some it’s ok, but it’s not how late should look or taste like.

Coffee always good but unfortunately person serving today looked very fed up. She managed a hello and that was it, once I'd ordered and paid they simply looked away. Would rather go to an independent where customer service is much better.

Not bad, prefer Costa but was with my daughter & granddaughter who prefer Starbucks......they got the drinks order wrong too, but we're all human i guess ??

Went there was one person in front of me who got served pretty quickly (she worked at another Starbucks store) I was served ordered 2 hot drinks they stood there chatting to the other worker for 5 minutes before even starting my drinks, then took ages to make got back to the car to discover one of the drinks wasn't even half full (it also had cream bulking the little that was in the cup, this cost me 8.50 for 2 smalls what a rip off

The venue is very unfriendly cold and large no atmosphere. Food isn't very good, packet stuff not much option for vegetarian. I found the staff unfriendly talking among themselves with no interest in the customer.Vegetarian options: Not much vegetarian options.Wheelchair accessibility: Large space for wheelchair users.
