Had a really yummy tuna salad and my husband a foot long roll. The staff were busy but apologised and I must say every time I go in a subway, I am impressed with the service and staff working. It was clean and the food was generous and delicious.

Still dubious about their coffee not being hot enough even after a free 2nd cup offered, has anybody else had this trouble or have they got it sorted finally (Subway by Tesco, Durrington).

Poorly organised and poor service, the food was as expected but it appeared that they were so busy with just eat orders that it was chaos behind the counter and orders were rushed.

Very busy but reasonable wait time. Chap behind the counter executed a wrap with precision, detail and athleticism. The only one to let down the team down was the slow cashier who handed the bag of food below the perspex screen reminiscent of a game of operation. All in all, an above average experience.

Do not order from this place on JustEat. Will bump your order to the bottom of there orders until they are ready. Over 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery, and you cannot do anything about it. Poor Poor serivce. Much better subway franchises locally.

Only popped in for a warm drink. Very friendly staff ? Popped in again and the young Manager helping out a newbie was so kind and patient!

Convenient location if you want food before or after grocery shopping. Sandwiches are made fresh and your own choice of salad extras helps with the filling. There is a choice of different breads and they also offer children's meals. Always pays to do a meal deal if you are having a drink with your sandwich. This is a quick option for warm food.

Arrived for quick lunch bite whilst stopping off at Tescos. Staff unhappy. A customer telling us to watch out as guy over charges and unbelievably next customer was overcharged by over £8. We too are asked to pay precisely £3.50 more than actual price. Went to sit down and counted a choice of 12 tables free, all of which required cleaning. The floor was disgusting. Whilst sat there eating our meal we hear of another customer querying the maths. During the 15 mins sat there eating there was a period of 5 mins no customers. No attempt whatsoever made to to at least wipe tables and sweep floor. Does make you wonder what the kitchens must be like. Only scrapes 2 star as the subs were OK. Funnily enough the last time any take away tried to overcharge me it was another Subway in Worthing. Do your maths before you pay is all.

I do get that the staff is alone in the morning opening times, but serving someone outside the queue is rude and unprofessional - even if it is just a cappucino. Left my card there and never visit Subway in the future.
