Visited here yesterday with my daughter on the way home from a work trip she came with me on.It's was pretty quiet as early so no waiting to be seated or at the carvery area.The chef serving was very good, friendly and we had a little chat which was nice, the chal who seated us was also very good at his job.The food was good for a Tobys apart from the stuffing which was a bit soggy.The only thing I didn't find very professional was the waitress standing over me while I was entering my pin but more than that pointing out the tipping options and then watching me like a hawk while I selected one. I always give a tip if I feel it's merited but I don't appreciate being watched while I do it.The refill drinks which we both had were expensive if you don't refill it ? so if you think you will only want one then it's better to just buy one drink....makes sense but it's something I didn't consider at the time.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps at the entrance so easy access for those in a wheelchair or those with buggy's etc.

Wife has multiple food intolerances and they can safely feed her a good main meal and staff understanding and support her with the food service.Dietary restrictions: They make sure her food is prepared safely.
