Love Frankie and Benny's. Love the food there. Although I ordered the garlic pizza bread and the base was a little tough. I've had it before where it wasn't that tough. But still enjoyable. Staff were lovely. Everyone was sat in the same seating area which I understand but with the rest of the space being empty I kind of found it odd.Parking: Confusing to get to but there is alot of spaces because it's in an exchange centre so there are other food places around.

Visited today and recieved amazing service and yummy food.I am disabled and the staff members went the extra mile to make sure our visit was a good one. They held the doors open for me, when i was going towards the bathroom one staff member went ahead of me to hold the doors open on the way there. Which was so helpful and considerate as the doors can be hard to open when using my mobility walker. Also held the doors open for me when leaving the restaurant.All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.Also were asked before being seated whether we had any allergies which i felt was a nice touch as it would ensure we didn't get anything we were allergic to.The food was amazing had pizza and also ice cream which was lovely. As we went at lunchtime it is free refills on the drinks too and the staff member noticed our drinks empty and refilled them for us before we asked which was also so thoughtful.Its the most helpful and kind service i have ever had in any restaurant since becoming disabled and will definitely return.Frankie's has always been a favourite of mine i have been going here for most of my life but haven't been for a long time and am reluctant to go places these days as it can be incredibly difficult.Frankie's was welcoming, helpful and beautiful food will be back again and am blown away by the service. Honestly made my year so far to feel so welcomed.

Been to Frankie and Benny's at Birstall this evening. Handful of customers in, staff just stood around laughing together and staff leaning on counter where food is put under the warmer along with the manager. (Great example of management standards) Then ordered desserts which came cold first time and states on the menu, warm waffle. 2nd time it arrived it then came burnt on the waffle which had clearly been stood and then served to us again cold! Kids order milkshakes to find 2 hairs in it that we had to pick out.Absolutely disgusting service!!!

Had a lovely meal. The first time I've had Pizza in 18 month and it was delicious,I would recommend "New York Giant" packed with lots of meat, added extra extra cheese I like cheese and green chillies, Loaded Fries with pulled brisket was also awesome, my wife had lasagne and cheesy garlic bread we both finished off with a large waffle with banana, cream and icecream topped with chocolate and caramel sauce each

Went in a Saturday evening with no booking for 2 adults 1 child. This wasn't a problem and we were sat straight away. Our server was very helpful and really friendly to us and our child. The food was delicious and we were asked about allergies. We had dessert too which was delicious. Thanks for a lovely family meal

Service was excellent, food (7 guests with a range of dishes) was average at best. Pizzas look half made. Burger was nice, but hardly worth the price.

We attended for a breakfast, and on arrival noticed one member of staff serving the whole restaurant. The food is good and the serive was as quick as one person could handle but this is is not acceptable, he was so friendly and helpful but it was clear to see the pressure he was under. I have heard from others he is often serving alone, this is unfair. Hire some more staff!!!!

Very quiet no atmosphere. Used to be so busy, good music and it was 7pm on a Friday ! Cheapest large glass of wine was £7.20!!! A bottle was £22 so no saving on getting one. Pizza was dry not alot of topping. Should have gone elsewhere, felt sorry for the guy in our party whose birthday it was.

This is the last straw!!! Just received an Uber Eats breakfast delivery from this restaurant. Very disappointed. Ordered a couple of sausage sandwiches and pancakes. £15 after delivery charges. The sausage sandwiches are described as having 2 Cumberland sausages. What was actually received was 1.5 sausages inside a tiny stale bread roll per sandwich. Brown sauce was also missed from one too. The pancakes, although not advertised as having a specific amount, what was actually received was (again) 1.5 pancakes!!! Who else received my other half??F&B's are really doing things by halves!! This chain used to be at the forefront of American style cuisine in this country when I was younger. Will not be lining the pockets of this business again.Save your money, go to a better restaurant. Wish I'd have gone with my gut and just got McDonald's.

Poor experience, wont be going back in a hurry. The waitress was extremely poor. Wasn't very welcoming, bad sense of humour, forgot our order, had to come back and re order, 1 main and 1 dessert was wrong, offered us discount then forgot to put it on when we got the bill and wasn’t concentrating on us as customers. Highly dissatisfied, she shouldn't be a waitress. The food once we received it was average not a good experience.
Was a lovely place easy to reserve a place service was great the waiter who was working on our area was really good , had great charisma, banter and made us laugh its a credit to frankie and bennys wish I had taken his name , food was nice not a huge selection but there was nice things to choose from.

Came in for a meal before heading to the cinema with my little one and partner, the server Adel was Amazing with my 4 year old, really polite, friendly and kind. He went out of his way to make sure we where having an amazing meal and that my little one was happy and entertained. He was very patient in waiting for my little one to finish eating and once he had he brought over an ice lolly as a special treat for him after we had already paid the bill which was a really nice touch and a very much appreciated gesture. The food came in a very good timely manner and was delicious!! I would highly recommend this place and Adel for his impeccable service!! Thank you Adel!

In short the food was really poor in quality and presentation. Spicy meatballs has just four small meatballs void of spice and chicken ceasar had no chicken, so basically a little gem with some chopped up bread (not croutons). Just really disappointing

I've always loved Frankie and Benny's since I was a kid, the staff were always lovely and the food was tasty as well. They had a great menu for breakfast and dinner.Unfortunately, they changed the menu and the food was nowhere good as it used to be and I always made an effort to avoid Frankie and Benny's.But I tried eating there again and discovered that the menu had been changed and the food was quite good again. Food came out super quickly and staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend!

They had a great menu for breakfast and dinner.Unfortunately, they changed the menu and the food was nowhere good as it used to be and I always made an effort to avoid Frankie and Benny's.But I tried eating there again and discovered that the menu had been changed and the food was quite good again. Food came out super quickly and staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend!
