Been on toilet 3 times since being here. not pleasant review but true ..Apple crumble how old was that to make me feel illWaffle cold couldnt even be bothered to reheat that ..there was nobody in but us ..make it fresh ..!!!3 of us £30 for 3 desserts 1water 1 soft drink 1tea...Thought for the price it would be at least nice ...DO NOT WASTE your money .... awful experience should be ashamed ..My fault should have read the reviews ..

I ordered and the delivery driver put the order at someone else’s house on the street at their gate not even their door and took a photo saying it was delivered. We contacted ice stone, although it is not their fault they didn’t offer to redeliver the same order and didn’t offer a refund they said it has to go through Uber. All of this because of the delivery driver not bothering to ring us or find the right address!!! The order also required a pin to confirm it was the correct address which again wasn’t given to him as he didn’t even come to our door!!! So this ruined my sons birthday evening and the dessert shop were also very little help as-well as the driver been NO HELP! It was also a £30 order and we are unsure if we will receive a refund!

My daughter is fussy and when I ordered cake for her, I hadn't realised it would come warm with custard. When I asked if it could be changed they did so without hesitation even though the fault was with me and not with them. Thank you Ice Stone gelato Batley. A very happy customer. We will return ?Dietary restrictions: Only whole milk available and white sugar. Lower calorie options for those that would like it would be favourable

First time visit, very friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Opted for the lotus cookie dough, it was done to perfection. Will definitely visit again, recommend to others to try, you will not be disappointed.

We have been quite a few times as a family and have never had any issues. Javed is always very accommodating with any requests we have if you are looking for any extras. Would 100% recommend all the various cakes with custard in this cold weather.

I really should have read the reviews before ordering from this place because the customer service is appalling! It’s the second time they’ve sent a dry cake with no cream when I’ve called up and specifically asked them too send cream with the cake before placing the order on Uber eats. I was told that it wasn’t a problem and they would send it this time round. No cream was sent and when I called up I was told that I asked for ice cream & not cream and they don’t send them on deliveries because they usually melt! I’ve never had this issue with any other dessert parlour .. whoever I spoke to on the phone was just making excuses and kept asking me ‘ what do you expect me to do ‘ not even an apologise. Will not be ordering from them again ??
