Every time I go in the evening there’s limited choices of doughnuts available. Last time I went the customer service came with a large serving of attitude which I didn’t ask for. But doughnuts are delicious ? and so are the shakes. However the bottles of fizzy drinks are a rip off £3.00 per bottle. ? drive through a available - massive plus.Dietary restrictions: No healthy alternatives.

Went to this store tonight as part of mine and my boyfriends cinema date night and we wanted to share praise for the worker who was bringing sheer joy to his shift. Not only did he make sure everyone got at least offered a free hot donut when they started at 7pm, but also complimented kids in their Halloween costumes. Didn't get his name but he was tall and had a small goatee/beard. He really brought a smile to our evening, clearly enjoys his job and makes it fun for everyone around him. Keep shining dude, you're always a ray of sunshine when we visit!

Excellent customer service been to the drive thru a couple of times recently and have been served by the same lady I believe her name is Nicola ( from the receipt) on both occasions she has been so pleasant and helpful. Makes a nice change to have service with a smile at chain restaurants. Thank you ☺️

Lovely donuts as always, original glazed is best.Popped in on a Saturday afternoon, was going to sit down but the surfaces were a bit sticky, and the ‘amphitheater’ seating area was literally covered in donut droppings.Wasn’t that busy…. So my favourite phase comes to mind for the staff: “If you’ve got time to lean, you’ve got time to clean”. ?

Always clean and friendly staff, but offers that day weren't explained very well. Wasn't allowed to use an offer I wanted because another was automatically applied to everyone that day regardless, so I couldn't get what I actually went for.
