Cold chicken served twice to our table. Left without asking for refund or been asked if we wanted one. Spoke to managers who offered us more food, but we refused, we did want three attempts at the same thing. Lots of staff but seem to wander round aimlessly most of the time. Food left on the kitchen service area for considerable periods of time.

Not been to Nandos in a while but this was a pleasant surprise. It helped being with my teenage son who knew the system. Quick and tasty food was just what we wanted.

Food was good! What let it down is the indifferent staff, not expecting the red carpet treatment but would’ve been nice to be asked how our meal was. Forgot to bring out one of the dishes too.Also, please change your music - most of it seems like it’s for under 21s which is strange for a family restaurant.Parking: Loads of spaces.Kid-friendliness: They provide free colouring for the kids which is great, but the music is like being in a rubbish nightclub.Wheelchair accessibility: Only 2-3 disabled parking spaces, but there is a ramp.

Broccoli was a but dead, usually very good so likely just a one off. The rainbow salad bowls are well worth a try. Service was a little slow, but it was a peak time visit, so small delays are expected.

I've always loved Nandos - especially the hot sauces. Visited this time as we wanted to eat out but not unhealthily. We were able to eat well without being unhealthy. We were also able to have a little dessert, too - they offer bottomless frozen yogurts, which are low in calories. (So long as you stick to a portion). The food was great, the staff were friendly and the restaurant had a positive feel about it. We ordered on their app, and our food was very quick to arrive.Vegetarian options: Vegetable sides are tasty and not just steamed plain. The bean burger is lovely and very satiating.Dietary restrictions: They asked about allergies, and the menu was also clear. I'm sorry I've given a 3. It would have got a full 5 stars but they don't do any hot drinks at all. Winter will be here soon and I certainly will not be on cold drinks. I've never heard of a restaurant that refuse to do this. Even if I wanted a cold drink I couldn't have because the choice is poor. We have been here multiple times as this is a restaurant we know we can rely on and trust to get everything right when it comes to our order, having two children with intolerances it is hard to find restaurants that do child friendly food that isn't just chips and chicken nuggets and also caters to adults too. I always leave happy when we have been to this particular nandos due to how friendly and happy to help the managers are, especially the female manager (not sure of her name) alot of the time I feel it's more hassle than it's worth to dine out but I never feel that way after being here here and I just wanted to write this review to say thank you to all the managers at nandos Birstall for making us feel so welcome and not getting sick of us ?

Very poor service, absolute cow of a woman called Rachel served me. Was so rude for no reason. However another server- Elleanor was very nice in asking us how everything was, we explained the situation to her and kindly offered us a free drink but we declined, overall was decent food but the service overshadowed the quality of food, and believe you me it was bad, get that Rachel lass out.

First visit, enjoyed yhe food and atmosphere but nor a fan of the queue and order system. There is no table service for ordering but you can scan a qr code and use the app.

Needs a really good clean floor dirty had to move 3 times as seats greasy. Portion size of chicken smaller I order a prego rip off. Smallest piece of chicken I have ever seen. No way was this a thigh and drumstick.Kid-friendliness: Ok
