The guy that served me was brilliant couldn't have been more polite and helpful in the face of my frustration at not being to able order a single sandwich I actually wanted because of the franchisee making stupid decisions about what is available and isn't. Luckily I have another that I can go to with a different owner.

The thing about this branch of subway is the staff are awful, bad customer service usually comes from 1 maybe 2 employees but everyone I’ve delt with in this store gives you the bare minimum, they don’t even look at you. When you walk in they look like you’ve just disturbed them. All I can think is it must be terrible place to work which reflects on the service. They can’t all just be rude for no reason.

I’ve ordered, I’ve ordered a few times and I’ve always got my order wrong always extra sauce leaking soggy. I do not have any images to show because I did not know I could put a review up like this next time. When I do order I will put a review up with the images. Avoid

Can't bet a good Subway, just the prices are high as for a sandwich.

Horrible customer service, really made me feel very anxious, I’m autistic and I felt very unwelcome. Everything I said was wrong, the person behind the counter wasn’t impressed that I didn’t know what to have. I tried to make conversation about it being cooler inside the shop than in my non air conditioned van, to which she they replied “no it’s not, we’ve got all these ovens and fridges throwing out hot air”, then when I decided what to have she asked me what salad. I picked my choice and asked for double onions and pickles, I was told “no, it’s a set amount and you can’t have anymore” so ve been coming to subway for years and I’ve always asked for the same and never been told I can’t have double. However it’s not just that she said no, it’s that she was abrupt and she didn’t stop going on about it and even when I told her I was feeling anxious she carried on, only stopping when I said I’m autistic. I told her “I’m feeling anxious and emotional and I need to leave, I really felt like she was trying to humiliate me in front of my colleague. She then said “sorry I didn’t know” which annoys me because as far as I’m aware I don’t legally like have to have it tattooed on my forehead nor do I have to announce it!It’s not even like they were busy, there was only me and my colleague in there, no other cars in the car park. I was going to have a meal deal but just paid for what I had because I was starting to get the the point where I was falling into crisis and would then become in articulate. I told her ‘please just let me pay and I’ll leave and I won’t come back” I really felt like I was in the way and not worthy of her kindness.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly as there are steps up to the store. Also NOT disability friendly as they seem to get enjoyment from derision of hidden disabilities.
