Went here for a birthday, never been before. The wait was too long, after the starters there was another long wait, I’m diabetic and I needed so food as it was pasted my dinner time, was told to eat some of the terrible twirly crisps they give you! At last over mains arrived, they had been sat in the dishes far too long as they were as dry and all the sauces had soaked into the food, and the bottom of the food had stuck solid to the dishes. Set one meal back. Very disappointing and paying £150, I wanted this to be a special birthday!

booked a table for 6pm. when we arrived there were at least 20 other people who had also booked waiting. waiter who greeted us was very rude. kept telling everyone that there was nothing they could do about the wait - they shouldn't have taken so many bookings if there wasn't enough staff. plenty of tables free not being used. no complimentary drinks or anything offered to people waiting. very dissapointing. we left and went to pizza express instead where staff and service was excellent

Turned up on NYE for a booked meal. Overbooked, everyone waiting by the door, over 20 people waiting. Didn’t even get acknowledged by staff when entered, took over 15 minutes for someone to come over to inform us what was happening. Said staff had called in sick, loads of tables not being used as not enough waiters to cover them. Unable to go anywhere else for food due to it being NYE. Also had cinema booked so unable to wait for the other 20+ people to eat first to have our meals. Was a McDonald’s for us, very disappointing. Will not be coming back again.

Really poor food for the price and the place needs smartening up. Eating out is a treat so expect a bit more than cold pasta served in a place which smells of burnt food.

Nice family atmosphere. Food order came very fast...literally within 5 minutes of ordering. Pizza was good, staff polite despite being very busy. Overall good experience. Competitive price. Only complaint if to be picky was table and seats were covered in crumbs but I would visit

Great service staff are brilliant but the restaurant was freezing. We couldn't wait to leave had a 3 course meal and was home for 20.05 table was booked for 19.00

Visited as a volunteer with a group of older people. Our waiter was very patient, explaining the food to those who needed it, including the gluten free options for one of our party. They absolutely loved this stop of their "World Food z Tour" ?

This is a lovely restaurant to go to before a movie or a hard day of shopping. The staff were really friendly and the decor was really nice . We did have to wait a bit for the staff to take our order but the restaurant was really busy so it wasn't too bad. When we did order the server was really nice and friendly and had a little chat with us which was nice.We ordered our food and drinks which came out fairly fast and the food tasted amazing with really good portion size too, we're really happy with the quality and would definitely visit this restaurant again. Overall a good experience and would recommend and have recommended to friends and family

Went on Saturday mid day and had the 3 Course set menu. Good variety to choose from and portions were really good size too. We had a really friendly server (don't know his name but super tall! Lol) and he was great throughout the whole time we were there.Only downside, we sat on the side near the main entrance and the sun was shining through the glass windows. It became quite hot and hard to see at times, could do with investing in tints for the windows or blinds of some sort.Other than that, great! Will definitely be going back ?

Pleasant waiter, sat down, ordered food. It came and looked nothing like the menu. The so-called pork crackling was like a stone and greasy and the size of a postage stamp. There was no seasoning (supposed to be garlic and rosemary) Very bland. When I was asked how the food was I told two people. The manager came over and asked if I wanted a free drink. I declined. So the waitress proceeded to take my payment. Not a single penny discount. Very bad food and service. I got the impression they didn't care and will not be back. I work in Leeds quite a bit so if they had handled this differently I may have considered going back. Steer clear folks!!!
