Twice when I have visited in the afternoon and I have been told they are not serving cold drinks. I understand those orders are more work but today it was two hours before it was due to close. It was the same member of staff who, I think, just can’t be bothered!

I can't rely on this Costa anymore as it keep keeping door locked till 8am and some time even later. I suppose to pickup my breakfast but it's mostly closed by the lady.

Just had 2 coffees. One skinny latte and one cappuccino. Both were perfect. We call every week and never disgruntled.Costa is now selling M&S sandwiches, hot and cold , salads, little mixed fruit bowls etc.Lovely !!

Staff were nice, I found the counter navigation process difficult. Plus I thought the food was really expensive for what it is.Microwaved bacon sandwich £4:30 and £2:95 for a muffin. But it was all they had to offer.Shame there wasn’t anything else open

This is a nice clean cafe in Bingley.We were served by a lovely young lady who was pleasant and helpful. The food and drinks were hot and not too expensive.
Every time I go into this Costa I’m left highly disappointed in the customer service to the point I will not be going back to n again. In the bingley Costa there’s a male member of staff who is always really moody and makes you feel like your a inconvenience to his day. Then on the other hand half the time you go in there and they’ve run out of the thing you want such as certain syrups or hot chocolate. All the other costas seem to have lovely staff and great service but bingley is a disappointment

Very nicely placed and convenient coffee house situated in Bingley . This is run and managed by helpful and friendly staff who persevere despite working pressures. They have excellent memory recall of ones usual order especially if you are a regular and serve an excellent coffee . The only downside is the price of their sweets and cakes but one must treat oneself regardless. Nice cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

Shambles. Service rubbish.Cost. OMG £3 for a bacon roll that frankly the quality was appalling.DONT go here go next door to Gregs, dont be a snob. 2 drinks 1 bacon roll £8.80. Gregs is 2 drinks 2 bacon rolls for less than a fiver and you know whay the quality is genuinely superior. I wont go again.
