Ordered pizza and dough balls with mozzarella was told on tracker had been delivered which it hadn't I had to call 3 times and was told driver was couple of minutes away second time was told driver been and door wasn't answered in the end food arrived after 1 and 3 quarters of an hour and dough balls were chocolate and cinnamon the food was nice but service was appalling won't be using again

Dominos in general is usually good (but overpriced), but on this occasion the pizza was under baked with raw dough around the stuffed crust and also in the cinnamon swirl balls. Didn't realise this until after (wife ordered) but the order came to £52 for 2 x 13", 1 x 11" pizzas and 3 portions of dough balls....

Store makes you feel bit paranoid when busy everyone stands looking and listening to you but it’s dominos so I ain’t complainingParking: Bit tricky to park sometimes but car park around the side if you need to park up they brought out to me before when I’ve called

I ordered a large stuffed crust half and half pizza, and 14 chicken strips. It was pretty expensive, about £27+ for collection.. and this was apparently a 'deal'. The pizza : • WASNT EVEN SLICED. • WASNT EVEN STUFFED CRUST. • HAD TOPPINGS RANDOMLY THROWN ON IT. We had to tear the pizza apart to eat it, as we were travelling and eating it in the car! (About a year ago I got a pizza delivered from here and it came without the stuffed crust I ordered too, and without the sauces I paid for!) Buy from somewhere else! Let's get rid of this joke of a pizza takeaway for good.

This was a great restaurant to dine in at, with the offers listed clearly at the counter where staff are readily available! They were friendly, the imagery on the wall adds to the atmosphere and service was fast. My Garlic Pizza with extra cheese was nice to eat at a table, although only downside is the cheese did fall off a bit.

Pizza usually arrives fast and in good order however, this evening we received one of our pizzas with the wrong sauce. When I called the takeaway and explained the issue, I was asked whether the pizza had been eaten. Of course we had started to eat it otherwise we wouldn't have known that the sauce underneath the cheese was BBQ and not tomato. I was then told at this point there is nothing they can do because it has been eaten already. Interested to know what they would do with the pizza if I'd have said no! We are regular customers and this experience has definitely changed our minds about ordering again. Pizza in the bin! Just a big chain that cares little for customer service.
I've ordered from this branch a few times now and each time my pizza is an undercooked, sloppy mess. Its as if they speed the oven up at peak times and dont allow enough time to cook it. The cheese is never brown (like the pictures on the menu), the dough is undercooked and flimsy and they always get something wrong with the toppings...last night I had 4 pieces of pepperoni on a large pizza and almost no sauce under the cheese. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Very poor etiquette. Saw a member of staff in a grey dominos shirt, smoking cannabis, and getting into a range rover. Proceeding to drive under the influence.

Disappointed to say the least, words can’t fathom the hurt I feel. What I have personally witnessed with haunt me to my grave. It was a usual Wednesday night and I came into Domino’s to grab myself a pepperoni pizza. While I was waiting the shop reeked a strong odour of weed. Not only that, I over heard a conversation between another staff member and a customer whom I’ve seen ordering from there on numerous occasions, which contained profanity and multiple racial slurs towards the customer. This lead me to intervene in the quarrel and de-escalate the situation. From first hand experience I can happily say that I will never be ordering my pepperoni pizza from here again. My sympathy is held high with the fellow customer who is left to live with the torment that he had to face today.
