Overcharged me with confidence when questioned and then when I stood and added it up refunded me £2. Felt as if they were hoping I didn't notice... Least I got a refund but not impressed

Rude female staff member, refused to sell the better presented/not crushed cookie when I asked if she would please choose another one , this I was told was on the basis she was forced by the store rules and had to pick the smaller crushed one…when I asked customer care they noted this was not the case…any customer can choose the item their wish to purchase…so why lie store staff…

Date: 02/10/22 Time: 15:30PMThought I'd treat myself and get a cheese and onion pasty. I was a regular. The two women serving came across as very rude, I asked for all change and she replied with "I don't know what you're saying".. "can't do it because we're closing up" ???. They seemed to be in a massive rush, I know the store shuts at 4 but theres half an hour to go? Pasty was stone cold. Staff very pushy to get me to leave; Never felt more unappreciated as a customer. Very dissapointed. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. 0/10. Rude staff. Not using Gregs as a whole again. Kind regards.

Usually friendly staff however, I was shocked today how angry some of the staff got over a couple of customers that had queued at the wrong side of a table (myself included) We queued there because there were some people taking quite a while to choose their sandwiches and blocking the way.They didn’t say anything to the customers just chuntered angrily to each other loud enough for me and the other customers to hear.I don’t feel like it was necessary or good customer service to be honest!

The inside area is of a reasonable size and the bakery is in a practical position at the 5 Rise Shopping Centre, being manned by friendly staff. I bought a delicious white chocolate cookie for less than £1 and after serving me, a lady was generous enough to refill my water bottle.

Me and my partner go regularly and the staff are very good and polite. The coffee is very good and the sandwiches are very tasty.

Usually go there and the staff are brilliant but today the older women working with the glasses on was very disrespectful and her attitude stunk I ordered 4 sos rolls 3 corned beef a drink for my lil girl who was standing at side of me and a latte for myself they didn't ask if I would like a bag so I asked for one for her to throw it on the desk I had bags of shopping a 6 year old I asked her to pack it for me to which she replied not my problem so had too drop everything to do it myself customer service was awful I usually put sugar in my coffee but just walked straight out
