Consistent with coffee. No cakes on display but the staff did their best with it being so busy (we didn't visit on a EOTHO day).\\n\\nGood system in place for C19. Staff reminded people to stand apart and seated people where possible (informed others in the queue that there were no tables available). Lots of people were in the queue, though there is another Costa in Next down the road which is on the first floor and has more natural light.
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We hadn't been for about 8 months so didn't know it had been refurbished. The person working the till was happy to answer questions about the changes. It was all very professional and outgoing, with nice drinks in pleasant surroundings. Only downside was the toilets were out of action so could only use the disabled facilities. A bit weird for a refurbished site, but things happen.

Brilliant service but felt bad as they was only 2 on so they couldn't be expected to make coffee and serve and clean the tables in a massive que. Need to employ another staff member.
