Very Rude lady on the phone! I didn’t get her name but won’t be ordering again. They must have had a cheese shortage or something as my margarita was just tomato based as I politely told her… felt like she wanted an argument for no reason whatsoever, very poor customer service skills.

I am not sure if it’s just my taste buds or my choice of food but I kept getting the text messages about the offer so like a ya do give it a try & I believe I have either collected or delivered plus on both occasions it was not my cup of tea but everyone has different tastes so I might need to try again one day or just stay to what I enjoy but I do like a good pizza .

...took advantage of a deal (which helped bring the price down). Does exactly what it says on the tin. Tasty and fresh. Lost star for the lack of topping. Paid for extra mushroom but it was no more than one sliced mushroom on a large pizza.

Ordered a pizza for home when finished work late, only had a narrow window as working early next day. Ordered at 19.55 called at 20.30 and told still 5 orders before ours and probably another 40 minutes, tried to cancel and get refund but was refused. Think last time ordering, plenty other places want the business.
I am extremely shocked at how I was treated in this dominoes today. The man called Stuart was extremely rude and nasty he had no skills whatsoever threw the card machine down on the till at me because I enquired about the various deals he then gave me something I didn’t want i then asked for a refund to which he completely flew off the handle and told me it goes through head office whilst walking away and shouting at me rude little man! I would like my money back

I have ordered from this Dominos in Brighouse a few times and can say that I have never been disappointed. I order through the app and sometimes have it delivered or I collect, and the service has always been good. The quality of the pizzas, nachos, cookies, and chicken wings, have always been fresh and good. Thank you

Ordered my pizza today at 11am what a disappointment, the amount of sauce, cheese and toppings slapped on the pizza was way over the regular amount! Unable to pick up a slice, all I could taste was chewy cheese, the amount of tomato sauce on the base was enough for 2 pizzas, how the staff members are getting away this is unbelievable!

Gave my order 5mins after getting in then after waiting another 5mins got told the person I'd given my order to didn't take orders so ordered again and paid but had to wait another 10 minutes. Good job I only went in for cookies.
